“The Kelley's were simply phenomenal! They were ever accommodating, precise and professional. They have a warmth and a depth to their customer service that is unmatched!. Any questions or concerns were addressed expeditiously and the car it self was top notch. They also made extending the rental, effortless. I would highly recommend their branch/location for any and all of your car rental needs. They deserve far more blandishments beyond the threshold of the capacity on this review. I will always and only rent with the Kelley's for any of my travel accommodations involving a car. Period.”

“Almost all of the earlier reviews are very old. I cannot speak about what the service was like 6-9 years ago. However, I believe that this is the best rental car place anywhere around. I've been to so many and they are all horrible. At this location, all representatives have been wonderful and always took care of my needs. Plus, everyone has been gracious and professional. I have been renting vehicles from this location since the pandemic. I will always return here anytime I need a car rental.”

“A couple of weeks ago I was in an accident. Someone ran into the back of me. Luckily the person took accountability so I was able to move forward with getting my car fix through their insurance. There was a rep by the name of MANNY that worked at Enterprise ( if I’m not mistaken I think he stated he was the assistant manager). When I arrived it wasn’t much vehicles for me to choose from besides an ugly mini van. Of course I wanted my car to be fixed but I always wanted something that me and my kids would feel comfortable in. Not to mention I drive a high end car. So having the mini van didn’t compare to my own vehicle. MANNY went above and beyond to call his team that was out at the airport picking up cars and asked them to bring me the same vehicle I own. ( my vehicle is a 2021) He informed them to bring the most up to date vehicle just like mine. In the mean time I left in the mini van and in less than 45 minutes he called me back to come switch out the cars. I ended up with a 2024. I truly appreciate him making sure I felt comfortable in the vehicle I would drive for at least 2 weeks . Being the one that was hit this situation was already never racking but MANNY made it a great experience for me considering the situation. I was trying BLESSED to have him being the one who assisted me!! Enterprise you have a great member on your team! To MANNY YOU ROCK…. Your personality and great customer service will take you far!! Thank you for EVERYTHING!”
