“The Witte museum was such a treat! Although it's more of a family/kids museum, my husband and I really enjoyed it! Btw, every tuesday they offer free entrance to all Bexar county residents! So awesome! Very grateful for that! The museum is a beautiful 2 story building and I absolutely love the outside area! It's lush and peaceful to just sit and enjoy or walk around. My favorite and highlight of my museum visit is a temporary exhibit of Al Rendon, a local Texan photographer that captured/photographed many icons including one of my all time favorite artists, Selena Quintanilla. It was such a wonderful and emotional surprise! It's titled "Mi cultura" and I just learned that the exhibit has been extended until May 2024. So go check it out! Overall such a great experience at the Witte museum! Highly recommend!”

“Valet was courtesy, professional and prompt! Beautiful decor and very clean hotel. Rebecca checked us in and was polite and welcoming. Brittany at the bar is the best! Very personable and made us really enjoy our time there. Location is prime! Attractions, great eats all at your doorstep. Room service was prompt, food was hot and delicious. Rooms are spacious and clean. The water at this hotel was soft and felt great not having dry skin after a shower. This is a great hotel, great service (they anticipate your needs) and so glad we stayed here this time visiting Riverwalk.”

“We had an amazing evening at Biga Restaurant.Everything, from the deck overlooking the riverwalk to the creative menu, was excellent. The Scottish Salmon was perfectly done with an unusual, delicious topping. My husband loved the one-half Lamb Rack. I have not seen this in fine dining restaurants before, but they serve half portions on some of their main course meals. Much appreciated! Our waiter, Ben, was a delight - most gracious and helpful.”

“Not a huge space but it's perfect for toddlers and little kids. My 5 year old son loved the bouncy house and the gaming area. The staff was pleasant, we went for a baby birthday party, he had tons of fun.”

“I attended the Queen of Soul pageant there for an evening. Throughly enjoy myself as my guest was highlighted for her work in the community. And to the contestants who applied to become Queen. I applaud your efforts as you bravely upheld a high level of class, education and sheer elegance.”

“Can I begin with...WHAT A BURGER!!! I ordered the Cheddar Burger, wow as you can see, cheese overflowing!! No I DARE NOT THE MACHO GRANDE! Plenty of parking! Plenty of seating, indoor and out. It's also a "sharing" seating, they have long tables and you are welcome to "sit with your neighbors "! They bring order out to you. Quick service. Definitely Spurs fans! Great photo ops with Wemby! Just a great atmosphere all around. Ran across it by accident. Happened to literally be in this neighborhood when we saw it and turned straight into parking alot (at least one of them, they appear to have 2). Ps..didn't order milkshakes but stood behind someone that ordered 4 to go..mmm Next time! Oh yeah definitely a next time.”

“Been here twice now for their outdoor kid and pet-friendly movie nights. It's a fun venue and a free way to spend a couple hours. All you need is a blanket or camping chairs to sit on and dress according to the weather. You can bring your own food and drinks or purchase something from the food trucks. Last time we went, they had a hot dog truck and one that had Mexican street food. Overall a good time.”

“We did the hillside venue and was setup for 200 people with the all inclusive package they provide. Package included several employees; 2 bartenders, police officer, assistant to the coordinator, DJ, and catering staff. If you go with their list of vendors they all work seamlessly with each other. This saved us a lot of time and stress from planning. You're essentially just doing multiple choice for DJ and the caterer with the all inclusive package.I think the best thing that you get this with venue is the coordinator; ours was Uvaldo and he made sure that every thing went according to plan. Thanks to him there was not a moment where we had to worry about anything other than just enjoying our wedding. He was professional, hard-working, and adaptable, and was meticulous. One of the things Uvaldo did for us that we were very happy with was to setup a candy/snack table with items (food/serving plates and utensils) we provided. We had no idea how we were going to present these items "elegantly" but he managed to do so and made sure that they stayed stocked throughout the night.”

“Very nice conference space. The Cafe downstairs is nice with typical deli options and a clean dining area. Restrooms were close by and clean. The local are has plenty to offer if you leave for lunch. My only complaint is that other people who office in the building use the same common area where our course was set up and some of those individuals were right behind the back row (of a very obvious lecture setup) conversing loudly enough to disrupt the course. That's on the individuals who apparently have no concern for others, not really the fault of the conference center.”

“Our stay at the Emily Morgan was wonderful. We had a corner room with a beautiful view of the Alamo and a HUGE tub. Our concierge Savannah had champagne set up for our Anniversary when we got there which was such a sweet touch. Jay was our valet and he was very courteous & ”

“A nice theater atmosphere with wide rows which makes seating comfortable. The stage is well lit and children can see the stage well. A large children's playground is adjacent and a nice place for children to play after watching at the theater”

“Had a good time! It was my first time axe throwing and it definitely showed at first. The game managers were so helpful in helping us establish the proper form to actually be able to have the axe stick and make the variety of games that much more competitive and fun. Highly recommend this place as an alternative to bowling or arcades.”

“I had the experience of visiting this convention center a little while ago while in Sam Antonio for a work convention. The Henry B Convention Center is in a great location of San Antonio. It is in the downtown area along the River Walk surrounded by many hotels, places to eat, shopping and much more. It is walkable too and from many places such as the Alamo as we did every where we went while here. This Convention Center is large and can hold many events at once. It also has a few places to grab something quick to eat or drink if you don’t want to leave for very long. My favourite part of this convention center is the Grotto area that is on the River Walk level that connects to the River Walk. If you were walking along the River Walk not attending the convention centre you may not even realize that this area is part of the convention center. I always enjoy visiting San Antonio when ever I get the chance to and would definitely come back here again for a conversation.”

“We ate here twice over the weekend! My wife and I were in town for a wedding and someone recommended that we try Pharm Table. We got to town early on Friday and arrived right after opening. Thankfully, we didn't need a reservation and we were seated inside by a lovely hostess who gave us the option of also sitting outside in their covered patio which looked like a great alternative if we hadn't wanted air conditioning. Our Server was attentive and knowledgeable and she helped us navigate the menu as well as explained the restaurant's general philosophy of not just creating thoughtful menu items but a total holistic experience from where and how ingredients are sourced all the way to how they are disposed of. I think the attention to these kinds of details are important and my wife and I are willing to spend more to help places like this make a difference in the well being of our planet that also results in delicious food. The menu itself gives a brief description of this approach along with explaining the 3% added cost to financially compensate the staff which I believe is another part of the same philosophy. The menu states that this fee will be removed if asked. The cocktails we ordered were delicious and creative. Our favorite from the two visits was the Micro Flora with the chamomile infused mezcal. For meals, on our first visit we tried the Peruvian Nikkei Ceviche with Faroe Isle Salmon, Sweet Potato Waffles, and some Pasture Raised Chicken Thighs. On the second visit, we shared the Salmon Gravlax Board and the Antojitos Board with one of each taco. We also had the Oysters with a mezcal bean infused mignonette sauce. What a treat! After each meal we had the Sweet Potato Chocolate Brownie with a mesquite bean gelato. This is a flourless brownie so it's much lighter and more delicate than a traditional brownie but the flavors are so good and it works so well with the gelato! We couldn't pick a dish we liked more than any other which, after two meals, tells us that we'd probably like most everything on the menu. If only we lived closer we'd be here all the time. Overall, service was great, drinks were great, food was great, and ambiance was great. For those who mentioned having to pay to park, the menu does say that they validate up to 90 minutes of parking. Thank you for the great meals, we look forward to our next trip to San Antonio!”

“Went for my brother's wedding a week ago. The venue was beautiful, it was an outdoor ceremony, reception was inside. Food was very good, theirs was a brunch wedding. (I think catering was included? Maybe even wedding planner? I wasn't part of planning or details so I can't say for sure). They had an omelette bar which was delish, salad, bacon/sausage, staff kept everything filled. Restrooms were clean, the bridal suite was nice with a sofa for seating. The groom's quarters were very spacious and clean. Staff was helpful and courteous.”

“Amazing service and amazing experience! We held an organizational anniversary dinner here last weekend and it was impressive. Krissi, Kim, and the staff tended to every need and we didn't need to worry about any details. The food was superb and our guests were very pleased! I would recommend this venue to anyone that wants to host an event and not have to worry about the quality or the details! Did I mention it was amazing?”

I definitely recommend this hotel!Food & drinks: This hotel offers free breakfast and it is very delicious. The workers were very sweet, especially one in particular, Tibi. “Relax, Reflect, and Refocus was the purpose of my visit on 3/13/2024. I was able to do exactly that!! This was my first visit since the pandemic, and I’m not sure why it took me so long to get back and experience the Mokara! The massage from Cesar was exceptional from start to finish. The pressure was perfect and the ambiance was exceptional. My appointment was at 1pm, but I checked in at 9am and enjoyed the amenities (whirlpool, steam room, sauna, and relaxation lounge) before my appointment. I stayed until 6 pm enjoying the serenity and relaxation. I was able to reflect on all the todo lists of the many areas I divide my time. I have never had the opportunity to just sit and quietly reflect. I now have a refocused outlook to organize daily todo lists to accomplish all I need to do to successfully address the various areas in my life.Donte, the Spa Concierge was attentive while also not too attentive to allow for time to relax. Hubert, the Spa Director, came by after the service to check-in.I love the complimentary valet parking available so I don’t have to worry about finding parking downtown.Overall, from start to finish, it was an incredible 9-hour spa day full of relaxation, reflection, and refocus!”

“You can’t go wrong with Aldino’s! We dine with our favorite people here regularly and have been coming here for years. The food and service is spectacular. You expect the pasta to be top notch, but finally tried the steak… the most tender filet in town (and we’ve tried them at the highest rated restaurants).”

“Great place to go to see a concert. The sound is amazing. It's a smaller venue than the ATT center so the sound is way better. I prefer this over any other center for rock and metal.”

This place has been perfect!”

“It’s not a steakhouse it’s a event palace! Amazing food and excellent service. It’s a beautiful establishment and worth the tour free bookings during the week and not too expensive on the weekend . Love the Krystal, our chandelier room and they still have the swing from the old San Francisco steakhouse. They also offer casino nights I saw and they have a bar that is so beautiful. It’s all white. I love it. Beautiful place doesn’t look like too much from the outside but the inside will make you say wow.”

“Went yesterday and sat by the bar and was greeted by a gentleman named Jay. Great attitude and helped recommend me the meatball appetizer. Meat was cooked perfectly and the drinks didn't taste watered down. I then ordered a margarita pizza as well and highly recommend if you go by.
