1715 N Zarzamora St, San Antonio“The basilica and shrine are beautiful. I didn't realize it was a shrine as well. It's only open between 11am and 1pm. I assume it's because mass is said outside of those times. There is a shop very close that sells a small, but diverse selection including relics. It's very simple and tasteful. They have candles that you can take to the basilica and light. I enjoyed it. Everyone there was very respectful. Please be respectful too.”
“Within Mission San Jose, this church stands as its defining feature. Constructed simultaneously with the mission, it remains an integral part of its history. Among the all four nearby missions, our tour guide believed this one was the most successful in establishing a stronghold for Spanish colonizers.”

701 E Pyron Ave, San Antonio“This is a beautiful mission. The church still has masses and it was a great place to pray for lost ones. There are tons of parking and it is just a great place to walk around and learn about history. The church itself is immaculate on the inside. There is a small gift shop in the "back" of the church on a separate building. I heard that this was the most complete and beautiful mission in San Antonio. I am glad I was able to visit it.”
“A big shout out to Life Church, San Antonio. My husband and I are full time NomadsRVers so we have been blessed to attend many different churches in many states, provinces, and countries. Life Church was very comfortable, welcoming and the message on “Suffering” was very appropriate. Thanks so much for welcoming us and if we are ever in town again we will attend! Have fun at your block party on Tuesday! Sounds like fun!”

1443 S St Mary's St, San Antonio“Being Minnonite myself, I was so happy to see there's a church in the area.I'm on their mailing list, and if I can get into San Antonio will personally check them out. I also listen to services online, and admit they're different from the conservative services I'm used to..I encourage people to consider attending and give an honest review of your experience. Bet you have a wonderful worship experience.”
“I had not been there in years. I have been to the Vatican but the quiet simple design of the interior of this church invoked a much greater spiritual experience.”
“I love my church❣️ The spirit of the lord is all over it. I leave my church drunk with the holy spirit everytime. Pastor is such a man of God who serves our lord with true reverence and his wife as well . Sister Veronica is such a beautiful person inside and out. Such a loving, kindness person, truly who will make you feel loved and welcomed.????”
“Refreshment of the soul is in abundant supply at this spectacularly beautiful church. Since services began in 1857 this is a place where heaven and earth meet. Romanesque outside, it is richly decorated on the inside. This unique church has a treasure trove of remarkable statues. Stay after the Mass and take the time to experience it all. Can you find St. Anthony of Padua holding the Christ child? There are many others including a life-like Mother Theresa, colorful Pieta, and more. After the riverwalk and the sight-seeing, come home to this church for spiritual renewal.”
“We just came back from the Sunday worship service. Great message from the pastor and good music, the two men playing guitar were great and the lead singer was fabulous. I don't know why this church isn't packed on a Sunday. The message was on what God sees when he looks at each of us. As a chosen child of God, one who has accepted Jesus as our personal lord and savior, what God sees when he looks at us is Jesus in us. Wonderful message.”

8023 Marbach Rd, San Antonio“Great service. I'm saddened at all the history that has been replaced by something more modern. When I walk in to a place of worship that has been there for generations I admire the aged decor that reflects the age, it's all been lost.”
“It is too important for everyone to follow God and live with him, my best experience knowing him and thanks to the one who invited me to meet him from Atlanta, Georgia, the young Dany and here in San Antonio, Pastor Pablo”
7AM - 3:30AM
14603 Santa Gertrudis St, San Antonio“My family was visiting from out of town but wanted to take my in laws to church. They prefer Vietnamese Catholic Church. Which I figured was a long shot, but I was able to find one in town. It was only minutes away from our hotel and their website was easy to navigate. Their mass times were convenient and very welcoming.”
“What a place I’ve found here in SAT, sound doctrine, thoughtful and clear teaching, thriving community active in demonstration of the power of God’s love in a multidimensional and might way. You have got to love the worship too. There’s not a time when I do not feel challenged, fed, encouraged in the pursuit of our high calling in Christ. Recommend a visit to this banquet of God’s grace!”
“We moved here from Albuquerque, NM, and visited many churches here in San Antonio. Visited Oak Hills Church, and now we are calling it our new place. God is great!”
“Very welcoming! Very warm, the people that attend are caring and giving. Well organized and you learn something everything you visit. Finally, found my new home.Amen”
“St Leo's is a great place to connect with God. Fr Macias does a great job explaining the word of God so you can understand I am 53 and remember going as a little boy and I'll continue going I plan on having my funeral”
“This is the church I have been going to since the NEW YEAR. I enjoy service there. Still wanna try the breakfast tacos and Fish Fry. Do they have a church festival there?”
“My daughter and I started coming to Blessed Sacrament Church on Sundays this past Summer to avoid the hot temperatures during the day.We were happy to attend the 8:00 pm Mass. We had every intention of returning to our home parish when the cooler weather came. But, we felt so uplifted at Blessed Sacrament. The feeling of our Lord's presence was deeply felt and the priest, Fr. Chris, gave such insightful homilies, we just got hooked. We want to return to our home parish,we really do. But some how the car brings us back here to Blessed Sacrament Church. Hmm.”
“I highly recommend FOSA for anyone searching for a softer sweeter worship service and to hear God’s Truth. They’re so friendly and kind. Saturday’s 5pm & Sundays 10 & 11:30”
“Mission Concepción is an amazing place, filled with wonderful people. However, currently I am relying on hope. Hope that you, or anyone, can help. On January 8, Jazlyn Arce, a 15-year-old girl, went missing nearby. She is still missing. So I am reaching out for your help. Jazlyn may be walking around Mission Concepción or in someone's car. Any information, no matter how small, can make a difference. Please visit the Amigos for Kids website to share any information you may have. I believe that Jazlyn is waiting to be found and with your help, we can make it happen.”
