“Kudo’s to Alta, Joy and Theresa! These ladies rock and know how to run a business offering superb customer service and top care! I will begin storage service at Extra Space Storage in Pecan Grove December 20, 2024! I was shown 2 empty storage units which I requested to see. A 10x10 and a 10x15 so I could decide which would best suit me! These two units looked brand new and were both pristine! I am excited to leave my belongings in either of these storage units while I decide what my next stage in my life will be!

I've been with them for years now and the staff Continually goes above & beyond to ensure you are Happy with their service.
Had a billing issue this time, glitch in the app... and they went out of their way to keep me up to date by phone calls.
The error, should have not taken as long as it did to correct IMO, But the staff themselves did everything they could from their side and kept me in the loop... if Not for that, I would definitely have a different opinion.

“I can not say there are not any good people in the world. I walked in looking for some extra storage, not knowing the first thing about it. I was greeted by the most positive and knowledgeable associates. They made the whole experience feel natural and not hassle at all. Took the time to discuss with me the different units and gave me suggestions based on my own needs and within my budget. As we took a tour I must say the associates really do care for their workplace. Was very well kept and neat. I decided to go with a ventilated unit to protect some items better from the elements. I will say the manager that hire the associates at this location has a good eye. Tha KS for all.your help Ali and Farrah.?”

“Taylor Johnson is spectacular. Every positive review I read prior to visiting the 8008 location was an understatement. Her professionalism is just the start. The effort she put into finding me a location either at her main building or at an equally convenient location just down the parkway resulted in a unit that is exactly what I needed in the middle of a move. Her expertise and knowledge to find the best location and price for me is greatly appreciated. It's obvious she truly takes her work seriously and genuinely desires to find the best options for a customer. She is an incredible asset to this company and as one other review mentioned, she needs to be moved to upper management. She is just an outstanding person and representative. She addressed every issue before I could even ask, was gracious and pleasant and just, well, SPECTACULAR!!!!”

“We have been using this storage facility for 5 years and have appreciated the owners attention to upkeep and how well maintained it is. Great design. Excellent drainage - did not flood during Harvey. No crowded aisles. Good turn around space. If there is any problem, owners are very responsive to a quick phone call and are often seen onsite doing inspections. Nicely secluded in a country setting but easy access to Grand Parkway.”
