I thought was very fair and competitive, gave me for iPhone 14’s as part of my plan, I did have a little bit of a situation. But Reggie, the manager there was very helpful and very communicative, and took care of the problem. I feel I highly recommend him to prosper residence. They will work your problems out or answer your questions.I welcome Reggie, the manager and Verizon wireless to the Prosper community, it’s nice to have a store here that I can come and work out my issues with and take care of my service and my bills. “Don’t waste your time online by calling t-mobile. I ended up going to this store and they explained everything accurately and walked me through the process. I made multiple calls to t-mobile and each time I was either transferred to a different department or given different info. Cristina and Tony took great care”

“The store is clean and nice. I was helped by the associate Hunter Mick and he was very courteous and understood my concern and resolved the issue. He went above and beyond to provide me the best service in his capability. The wifi connection however is very poor for optimum and I’m never getting speed more than 200MB in 1GB plan. I tried all possible troubleshooting. They need to improve their service. Price wise reasonable and customer service is courteous.”
