“I was a resident here for 2 years and just moved out recently. The only reason I moved out is because I needed a much bigger apartment than what was being offered here at the Marquis on Pin Oak Park. The 2 years I lived here were amazing. The office management, specifically the Community Director, Gray Lamus, and his team member, Paige Jones, are the best people I have ever seen at a housing community and I have lived at several different apartments over the past years. They always went above and beyond to take care of any concerns I had. The office actually cares about its residents and treats them like family. They always keep the residents up to date on everything that is going around at the community to ensure any improvement projects do not cause any inconvenience to the residents. The maintenance team is also top-notch. 99% of the time my maintenance requests were taken care of the same day and the remaining 1% were addressed within 24 hours. I would definitely recommend this housing to anyone as long as people like Paige, Diana, and Gray are there at least.”

“I like to Camden apartments as being the first time living alone. The people in the lease office are nice and knowledgeable especially Jennifer , she makes you feel as home and welcome. Any questions or concerns she will have the answer for you or she will give the answer. The maintenance team is ridiculously fast, someone was at my door within an hour of submitting a request. So far, my experience with the Camden team has been top tier.”

“I've only been living here for a few weeks, but I've been pleased with my experience so far. Katrina was extremely helpful during the leasing process from the moment I first reached out. The office staff is friendly and professional, and there are multiple ways to get in touch with them.Upon moving in, I noticed a smoke smell in my apartment, but the management immediately had it cleaned out and placed an "ozone machine" to address the issue. Additionally, the railings have been repainted since I've been here. When my washer overflowed, maintenance responded promptly—arriving less than an hour after I submitted the issue—and my washer was replaced right away. It's worth noting that both of these issues were submitted in the evening, but that didn't prevent a quick and efficient response.The valet trash service is a convenient added feature. Fortunately, I haven't experienced any problems with water pressure, water outages, or gates not being operational, as mentioned in another review. The apartments and surrounding areas are clean, and it appears that the only individuals complaining about the mess are the ones responsible for creating it.I am particularly cautious, especially when it comes to car safety, as my car has been broken into twice in other locations around Houston. Fortunately, that hasn't been a concern here. I was relieved to discover that one of the security guards lives in my building. I often observe staff members throughout the grounds, ensuring that everything operates smoothly and addressing any issues promptly.Oh, and the apartments boast exceptional spaciousness. Upon hosting several visitors, their initial comments consistently revolve around the ample living space. Notably, Jehovany, the maintenance technician, stands out for his friendliness, promptness, professionalism, and efficiency. Overall, the location is ideal, ensuring safety and cultivating a serene and tranquil living atmosphere.My only suggestion would be to update the treadmills, but it doesn't affect my overall rating or review.”

“I really like this Apartment called 5401 Chimney Rock!!!! I have been living here now for about 7 months. I really like that they have 24 hour security guards who faithfully ensure that the residents' safety is their number one priority.The office supervisor Annabelle has been extremely nice and professional with me during my stay here. The office personnel which includes Brittany, Jenifer, Joanna, Daniella and Nate are always very helpful and nice and professional and they go above and beyond the call of duty to help me whenever I go into the office for assistance.The maintenance team is also professional and thorough when fixing things in my apartment.I highly recommend anyone to move here to 5401 Chimney Rock Apartments. The community is very welcoming and comfortable!This apartment has 4 very nice and sparkling pools. I really enjoy how they buy breakfast for the residents and I really enjoyed the fall festival in the month of October!Move here to 5401 Chimney Rock and u won't regret it. U will love it here!!!”

“The only reason I am giving this property a 5 star is because of EDUARDO the maintenance manager. The property manager is a hard headed and tries to make you feel like you are the wrong person. I had a situation with my A/C and it was replaced to a new one and when they changed it it did not cool properly, I visited the front office to let them know and the manager told me it was “a new A/C unit” and did not send the maintenance guys to check on the A/C. I turned it off and I was with out A/C for almost a month until it got really hot inside my apartment and I had to run the A/C. I turned it on in the morning and left to work. When I came back from work instead of been cold it was really, I put in a work order. Maintenance came in and said that the A/C doesn’t work properly because of a wiring problem. I was so mad at the manager because of her been so stubborn I didn’t had A/C in my apartment all that time.I have cameras in my apartment and I have seen EDUARDO taken care of every single work order in my apartment. He resolved the A/C problem right away. He is very understanding when it comes to people’s personal living. Giving a better living by making the most out of his job and working with every issue there is in your apartment. He is the only reason why I am still living in this property.”
