My ceiling started leaking on the last rainfall Texas had . The office person said the ceiling never leaked but the maintenance man said it leaks when it rain 3 to 4 days straight. It messed up my new tv and tv stand.

Questions:Why the rent reaches hundred to thousand?Some of us got children to feed and stuff needed?Plus, who's gonna pay for a apartment with people having their dogs poop everywhere and didn't clean it up secretly, crash everywhere and bills too high!!!
