“I went to Broadstone New Territory Apartments for a tour. Very nice Apartments. I talked with Mr Ayaz. It’s nice to have a tour with someone that is not all about business. Very nice guy with a bubbly attitude that was very helpful in answering all of my questions. The laughter was a big plus. Thanks Mr. Ayaz!!”

“Lived here a year, great community. I go to the built-in gym every day. Very nice, a bit small though. The entire area is lit up at night, which is great for safety, but I would recommend black-out curtains, because it is too bright to sleep.Kim was very helpful and was direct and answered all of my questions.”

“I've only been living here for a few weeks, but I've been pleased with my experience so far. Katrina was extremely helpful during the leasing process from the moment I first reached out. The office staff is friendly and professional, and there are multiple ways to get in touch with them.Upon moving in, I noticed a smoke smell in my apartment, but the management immediately had it cleaned out and placed an "ozone machine" to address the issue. Additionally, the railings have been repainted since I've been here. When my washer overflowed, maintenance responded promptly—arriving less than an hour after I submitted the issue—and my washer was replaced right away. It's worth noting that both of these issues were submitted in the evening, but that didn't prevent a quick and efficient response.The valet trash service is a convenient added feature. Fortunately, I haven't experienced any problems with water pressure, water outages, or gates not being operational, as mentioned in another review. The apartments and surrounding areas are clean, and it appears that the only individuals complaining about the mess are the ones responsible for creating it.I am particularly cautious, especially when it comes to car safety, as my car has been broken into twice in other locations around Houston. Fortunately, that hasn't been a concern here. I was relieved to discover that one of the security guards lives in my building. I often observe staff members throughout the grounds, ensuring that everything operates smoothly and addressing any issues promptly.Oh, and the apartments boast exceptional spaciousness. Upon hosting several visitors, their initial comments consistently revolve around the ample living space. Notably, Jehovany, the maintenance technician, stands out for his friendliness, promptness, professionalism, and efficiency. Overall, the location is ideal, ensuring safety and cultivating a serene and tranquil living atmosphere.My only suggestion would be to update the treadmills, but it doesn't affect my overall rating or review.”

“I have been a resident at The Aster for about a year now and my experience has been nothing less than amazing. My apartment was renovated with wood plank flooring, beautiful cabinets, a garden tub, and a washer/dryer that im not sure if was new but it definitely worked like one.The office staff are always onsite and easy to walk right in and talk to about any concerns. They have great communication skills. Maintenance is speedy with request. The pool and recently remodeled gym area are beautiful. The pool stays open from dusk to dawn which is pretty incredible. I feel very safe in this community as the gates are working most times and when it doesn’t it’s fixed with urgency. If I didn’t have to relocate I would most definetly have renewed my lease!”

“Came to Sugarland, TX for the first time today and visited what I hope is to be my new apartment...and Leasing Consultant Caila Edwards was absolutely amazing!!!! She for all intents and purposes was my hostess and introduction to the Houston area/Sugarland and the hospitality was top tier. She went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my visit to the property was an efficient one as well as informative. As an out of state re-locater to any major city these days, I think we all go in with a certain amount of apprehension (Prices are up but service is low) but Caila was a superb professional in conveying the information and product and sincere in her hospitality and customer service. I will definitely be applying. Thank You so much Caila.”

“Just want to update my previous review. During my stay here three property managers have already changed. Why to bring someone who doesn't know the job or our community, while we have an experienced Assistant Property Manager, Parus Mirani. She is energetic, gets the job done, and what's important: she loves her job. It will only benefit the community if she becomes the Property Manager.I live here a bit more than 2 years, and I'm still in love with this complex, which became even more beautiful thanks to Courthnie, the property manager. She is super professional, always polite, friendly and efficient. Thanks to Courthnie and Christine any residents' concern is addressed immediately. Also, the maintenance team, Baltazar and Herman, is pretty good.”
