Service is the worst in the country. Terrible place. I drive further away. Their system of curbside is broken and managers know and don't care. It means you order online and that order doesn't speak to their store so you waste a tone of time going inside to sort out your lost order. Done this 3 times. No more.

Was placed on hold for over an hour. Everytime an employee would talk to me over the phone they'd repeat, "welcome to Home Depot can I place you on hold?" Horrible customer service and the lady I was talking to was extremely disrespectful and rude.

We came to Home Depot for an online order and when we got there, two items were cancelled due to being out of stock. Josh (a manager, I believe) was an absolute pleasure. He searched for each item himself, found them, and proceeded to check us out. He gave us the best service and was extremely kind. The man!!
