“I just recently was here with my husband to get some supplies and was testing out the crocodile ? wipes and set my phone down and left, got 35 minutes down the road when I realized that I didn't have my phone I kept trying to call the front to ask them to get my phone, but I couldn't get a hold of anyone but tracked my phone and it was showing it still there the nice man that was working I believe his name was Larry I'm not too sure, but drove back and sure enough he had my phone behind the desk safe already holding it for me mind u I'm 5 hrs away from home, so thank you ?”

“Most people would think that home depots are all the same but is not true, for example, I went to this location because I needed to fix or change my moen shower valve which would leak after closing, long story short I took pictures and showed them to 2 young guys that were together organizing at that home depot location, to my surprise they told me exactly what I needed to get, also a special tool that I needed ?and how to do it, really good tips and tricks that I really needed and worked well, this really 2 young guys that you'd expect to pull out a phone and investigate where the part was did exactly the opposite, the grab the parts for me quickly and gave me advice. Later at night I had to come back to get a locking pin that I had lost when installing and they were probably home. However, there was an older guy that showed me exactly where the locking pin was and gave me wonderful tips and tricks also, he knew what he was talking about. Excellent employees at this home depot. Thank you”

I walked into the store on the verge of tears, and walked out, completely satisfied, and laughing. They made a bad experience into an east fix. I also needed a drill, and Matthew came right over with a huge smile, offering his assistance. These two guys truly made a difference.”
