After purchasing a gas stove and a washer had them install it the technicians which I believe were just handyman wired the oven to the microwave for the clock therefore blowing the breakers out I had to call the electrician and he said that the wiring was done wrong and it could've caught the house on fire and recommended not using the microwave since it might be fried and be dangerous. I have contacted Home Depot and they refuse to do anything about it. I will not be shopping there anymore, I will go to Lowe's or somewhere where somebody stands behind their workmanship so I canceled my order for my new refrigerator there and my freezer.

The incompetent leadership at this store is astonishing. I purchased a grill and paid for next day delivery. They called me the same night I purchased it and told me their assembly guy was out and wanted to deliver it Saturday morning. They ended up delivering the outdoor floor model with a broken handle. I called to complain and tell them to come pick it back up.-They transferred me to a manager and she offered 50% refund. That was in early September and I have spent around 6 hours total trying to get my refund. On November 2nd, the service Manager Kelly begged for the opportunity to fix it. He asked until 7 November to get it fixed. Never received a call back. I called him today and told him to come pick it up, it hasnt been used and still not credited. I expect a full refund. Still within their 90 day return policy. Lost total faith in the management of this store to handle any issues that may come up! Stay clear! Buyer beware!

Service is the worst in the country. Terrible place. I drive further away. Their system of curbside is broken and managers know and don't care. It means you order online and that order doesn't speak to their store so you waste a tone of time going inside to sort out your lost order. Done this 3 times. No more.

If you know what you are looking for, your visit will be smooth sailing. If you need to ask for help, especially near closing time, good luck! Seems like everyone is hiding waiting on the clock to strike 12!! Nonetheless when you do find someone for assistance, they are usually friendly and helpful. Would also be nice if the online store and map matched the in-store inventory! Walked around for 30mins looking for brown rubber mulch. Store showed over 200 bags available but they actually never received the order and didn't bother to update the inventory. They had none in-store and had no idea when the shipment was actually coming in. After three tries, I have up and Walmart won...had plenty of them in stock. Be back soon Home Depot!

Was placed on hold for over an hour. Everytime an employee would talk to me over the phone they'd repeat, "welcome to Home Depot can I place you on hold?" Horrible customer service and the lady I was talking to was extremely disrespectful and rude.

Koel was phenomenal!! The storms that hit Anna were destructive. I woke up to two areas of my fence completely blown apart. Koel was amazing and went above and beyond service. I walked into the store on the verge of tears, and walked out, completely satisfied, and laughing. They made a bad experience into an east fix. I also needed a drill, and Matthew came right over with a huge smile, offering his assistance. These two guys truly made a difference.

We came to Home Depot for an online order and when we got there, two items were cancelled due to being out of stock. Josh (a manager, I believe) was an absolute pleasure. He searched for each item himself, found them, and proceeded to check us out. He gave us the best service and was extremely kind. The man!!

This Home Depot is convenient and not far from the house, it's also located in a shopping center next to Marshalls, Chickfila, and PetSmart so after dropping off the pup for a grooming we stop by The Depot for items needed for the house. 4am the upstairs smoke alarm starts beeping due to needing a new battery, with vaulted ceilings there was no way we could reach it so the venture over to The Depot was a must. We purchased a $200 ladder for only $99.00 with our membership and absolutely love it! The only downfall with this location is that it's probably easier finding the winning numbers to a lottery ticket then it is to find someone to help or assist you.

Had a washer delivered recently. It's missing the packing bolts and covers where the packing bolts go when not in place. The installers did not leave either. Home Depot is telling me it's a samsung issue. It's not. Got tired if arguing. I used the tike to cancel my refrigerator and oven orders. Also cancelled all the flooring work as well, over $10k. Home Depot used to be great. Not anymore.

I recently ran into some inventory issues with multiple Home Depot locations regarding product availability. This resulted in running around between multiple stores and some frustrating online ordering experiences. Today I went to this location and Gabe and his team of associates went above and beyond to get me taken care of. I was able to get an important project finished today. Thank you!

I chose this Home Depot location as they had the soil and granular I needed in stock. I'm a Lowes girl but, sadly, they do not carry items. I was in the store for over 30mins as both items were hard to find. No one asked if I needed help and crossed paths with at least 8 workers. The soil was outside near register and granular nowhere to be found. I finally asked an employee for help locating granular as they had aisle 56 completely blocked off. He asked another employee and she simply stated granular would be in section behind them while opening gate for me to look again. I found tag for granular but no product. Bummed as location nearly 20mins away.

Let's start with this isn't just a small parts order it's a 5000.00 order. trip one - 3 hours of wait time for a pick up order that was supposed to be available curbside. - 2 of my items of 6 were picked up on this trip. trip 2 - arrive at store to again wait for 1 hour to receive only 1 more items of the 6. trip3 - arrive to only be told I didn't have anything to pick up that the order was completed. trip 4 -after a 45 minute conversation with a service rep by phone they fixed the order and reordered the missing 2 items. trip 5 - picked up 2 of the 3 items one still not received. again after talking with Jason a store manager for 20 minutes to resolve the order he informed me the item would be credited and he reordered cabinet- trip 6 - I have been here now for 2 hours problem still not resolved. I was given excuses, asked to pay for the item before it arrived for the 3rd time after they have had to refund it on e already, given absolutely no apologies for the waste of time. Only left to leave once again with out the remaining item. during this visit I have been assisted by the following people. Jason - thanks for sticking it out and doing everything possible to resolve the issue. Ultimately we still couldn't get it resolved. Gabe the store manager Lear's start with your the worst excuse for a store manager I have ever encountered. You have me every excuse on why it's not your problem. I informed you that your store is lacking in customer service and the time I have dealt with the people in your store and not homedepot.com. All I received was another excuse and then at that point you walked away from helping me resolve the issue. I asked to talk to your superior and you told me his name and would not provide a contact number because he's on vacation as if I can't leave a voice mail and he return my call at a later date. as we stood there for 2 hours I seen you do absolutely nothing but walk around with another employee and then proceeded to the outside of the store to gal with more people vs. resolving a serious problem. If I could rate you 0-10 I think you know what you receive. if your looking for help and good customer service find another store maybe Lowe's cause this store is unbelievable. Mr. Kyle Sell please feel free to call I would love to speak to you and your team on my absolute debacle of an experience with this order.
