“I arrived at 0930 without an appointment for TSA precheck, appointment was for two days later. Someone else arrived at the same time and had an appoint for 0940 but did not have the correct documents so they left. I was called back at 0942 and out of the door by 0948. Everyone I interacted with was courteous. Great experience.”

I could tell he was new, but he was extremely nice and accommodating. I believe his name was Whit or Witt. My day had been a frantic mess, and this guy had me walking out with a smile.
