Her knowledge for these services are impressive! Because of her I was able to get my paperwork done hustle free and fast! “I use the mail box service at Postal Shoppe. As a traveler, I need a secure address to receive personal and business mail and packages, and hold the mail until needed. For the additional price of shipping, they package everything in one parcel and send to me at my chosen rate when requested. Saving the hassle of asking family and friends for favors. When I am in town, my box is available to check personally similar to a PO BOX around the clock. Yes, you MUST have your box number in your address, they are very clear about that when renting a box. Just make it part of the suite number. "Suite 113 #xxx". Works like a charm. The staff is helpful and cheerful over the phone to send my mail anytime I request it. If my memory is correct, my Postal Shoppe box is similarly priced to my previous P.O. Box. Takes a lot of stress out of traveling extensively.”

“We have been using this UPS store location since our previously location closed. Every staff member at this location is friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help with any questions or issues we may come across locating or sending packages. With our company, we are at UPS almost daily and could not be more pleased with the service this location provides. Mason and Abraham were the most recent staff members we worked with, but everyone at that location is excellent! **Even if there is a long line, they are quick and efficient and get everything taken care of without error.”

“Jon Damon, the owner, Matt, the manager, and their entire team were absolutely INCREDIBLE! I took a bike there to be shipped across the country. Not only did they handle it all and make it super easy for me, Jon called me hours later to say he fit it into an even smaller box and wanted to refund me $150!! Everyone was so kind and thoughtful and really went out of their way to help me and save me money. I would give 10 stars if I could.”

“David and crew are the best. I drop off multiple packages daily and am always greeted and taken care of. The only downside (which is now true of ALL UPS Store franchises and not just this one) is the Amazon returns. They are time consuming and cause delays for people wanting to ship parcels. It’s a difficult for them to manage. Keep up the good work folks.”
