“I stopped in today (2 Sept 2023) because I had to fax something to the IRS.I thought, *who even has a fax machine anymore?!*Turns out, NASA Post n Print does!The price and customer service beats the pants off FedEx Business centers, (they wanted 2.50 a page for a long distance fax, and Naymul charged me less than half that).I love the chance to support small, local businesses, and will absolutely be back for all the office shipping, faxing, and scanning needs I cannot handle at home. I highly recommend NASA Post N Print.”

“I use the mail box service at Postal Shoppe. As a traveler, I need a secure address to receive personal and business mail and packages, and hold the mail until needed. For the additional price of shipping, they package everything in one parcel and send to me at my chosen rate when requested. Saving the hassle of asking family and friends for favors. When I am in town, my box is available to check personally similar to a PO BOX around the clock. Yes, you MUST have your box number in your address, they are very clear about that when renting a box. Just make it part of the suite number. "Suite 113 #xxx". Works like a charm. The staff is helpful and cheerful over the phone to send my mail anytime I request it. If my memory is correct, my Postal Shoppe box is similarly priced to my previous P.O. Box. Takes a lot of stress out of traveling extensively.”

“Had an appointment for one of their services and it was such an easy experience. I got there a little early and they immediately assisted. The associate was super friendly and helpful and made the whole process super simple and much quicker than I anticipated. They also have some designated parking spots for the store right in the front, which is always nice in a shopping center with so many different stores.”

“Loreal from the Office Depot in East Plano Texas off of 75 is a PHENOMENAL employee and her talent should not be overlooked. She completely corrected a huge print job a previous employee ruined for us and she exceeded my expectations as to how the re-do would turn out! I would like to thank her immensely and ask Office Depot to recognize her in any efforts they can!The printed and cut the photos in gloss cardstock and they printed and cut the vellum paper I provided.Some employees are not as savvy. As I mentioned, Loreal had to correct a job that was terribly done.”

“We have been using this UPS store location since our previously location closed. Every staff member at this location is friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help with any questions or issues we may come across locating or sending packages. With our company, we are at UPS almost daily and could not be more pleased with the service this location provides. Mason and Abraham were the most recent staff members we worked with, but everyone at that location is excellent! **Even if there is a long line, they are quick and efficient and get everything taken care of without error.”

The only downside (which is now true of ALL UPS Store franchises and not just this one) is the Amazon returns. They are time consuming and cause delays for people wanting to ship parcels. It’s a difficult for them to manage. Keep up the good work folks.”

“I recently visited this FedEx Office Print & Ship Center location to ship a perishable package Priority Overnight. I had my own supplies (box, tape, etc.) but what I brought into the store was not the best solution to ensure the shipment would arrive at its destination safe and intact. The store manager, Jim Hall provided THE BEST service I've had in quite a while at any retail establishment. He was very helpful, went above and beyond to assist me and did it all with a smile and great attitude! The package reached the destination in perfect condition and ahead of the commitment time. “8/5/22: Michaela greeted me when I arrived. I explained that I needed help shipping a package, since the return label that I printed was larger than the box. She made a smaller copy of the return label and took care of it. She was very pleasant and pointed out a drop off box for any future drop offs that didn't require assistance. She made shipping a package easy, and was very nice about it. The only downside I've noticed on prior visits is that customers park in the handicap spaces without a placard or a handicap license plate. Even if only to drop off or pick up a package, handicap parking is for those who are authorized to park there.”
