“I thank you, UPS clerks (at this location), who give good customer service. And in return, have good customers. Yesterday I picked up my copies and went home. It was late when I realized I was missing one of my earrings. It had fallen from my ear while I was going about my day.This morning, as I back tracked my steps of yesterday. UPS was my first stop because it was my last stop before I got home. Thankfully, a good customer found my earring in front of the UPS door. UPS clerks had secured it and returned it back to me. Thank you to the customer who was gracious to give my earring to one of the UPS clerks. And.... thank you, UPS, for delivering above the call of duty! I'm a thankful customer and grateful neighbor!”
“I have had my bussiness POB here at the Gary Burns Dr Suite 160 store since it's inception. The staff are alway warm and welcoming and have taken good care of me from taking an Amazon to packing up valuable shipping. I have yet to have a piece damaged in shipping. I would highly recommend them for all your shipping needs and POB home.”

“Consistently sending packages to my family UPS is a staple on my to do list.For a short time living in McKinney I found the UPS store #6600 on Custer Road, has the most friendly, patiently helpful and professionally kind staff.Store #6600 is always clean, always greeting w/a friendly face and sincerely understanding and patience for how slow I can be.Currently living 20 minutes from store #6600. I must pass at least 4 UPS stores to get to the store where James and Andrew are always kind to me. And not just me. I noticed no matter how busy they are always kind and professional. Well done!”

Still wished they were open until 6pm but they provided a key fob to access mailboxes whenever so that more than works for us.Have had a box there for a while, never had any issues, friendly people. Wish they had better hours, closing at 5:30 is way to early. 9:30 openings feels too late in the day for a shopping biz.”

“This is hands down the best UPS store I have been to. The store associates are really friendly all the time. They always welcome me with a smile and are very attentive! This is the only store where I can walk-in and out in minutes! Even when it is busy because the team is always on top of things! Intead of dragging their feet to get things done like I have experienced in other stores. I’m usually there in the evenings and I gotta say the evening team is really friendly and efficient. I like it so much I’ve started coming to this one instead of the one two blocks from my house! … keep up the good job.”
“We signed up to get the TSA PreCheck designation to make going through airport security faster. There were multiple places to choose from to go in to the interview portion of the process. I selected this Allen location to set up the appointment. We arrived about 10 minutes early for my 11:30 appointment and signed in at the desk set up for that purpose. We were immediately called back. We presented our passports, entered our phone number and email address on the screen, put thumbs and then the other 4 fingers for both hands on the screen when prompted. The entire process for both of us was less than 5 minutes! Shari was very professional and proficient. In fact we noticed we were back in the car to leave at 11:30 - our appointment time!”

The store manager Jordan is always very pleasant, kind, helpful, and appreciative and is a joy to work with. I mainly go for printouts, scanning, xerox copies, notary services, and always and always I come back out fully satisfied and happy and contented. Jordan and her fellow coworkers always greet me with a smile when I come and always bid me a sweet good bye. I feel totally at home here and whatever my needs, they satisfy it.
