“I have been looking for a place to take our Audi’s that are no longer under warranty, and a friend recommended Autobahn. I have taken 2 cars there for oil changes and inspection, and had a great experience. They have efficient systems for scheduling, appointment reminders, work approval, and payment. They did not try to upsell additional services. In fact, they discovered a small issue that was easily repaired instead of recommending a full parts replacement. Don’t worry if you are not sure when your car is due for certain services. They do all the research and present the recommendations along with estimated costs ahead of time. Give them a chance if you are looking for a reliable and trustworthy auto shop. They work on both foreign and domestic automobiles.”
“Went to get an oil change today at the location on Wetmore and Thousand Oaks. The mechanics here are very professional and knowledgeable. Also very friendly and always giving tips on the maintenance on your car. Other oil change places always just focus on making an extra buck and not polite at all. I recommend for anyone to bring their car in to the place.”

“Victory Lane Automotive is truly a family owned and operated business. Anthony and Ramon were amazing at getting the answers I needed and waiting there for my husband to come pick me up. They do offer a ride share service from the magnificent Rachel, but I was too close to closing time to get to ride with her this time around. (I usually use the ride share service because…life). They got my car on the schedule fast and even asked for the best times to contact me so they wouldn’t interrupt me teaching in class. It’s always an amazing experience here!”

The service quality is fantastic and the work is covered by their own warranty.My dad always told me that, when it comes to car repair, you can have two out of three but never all three: good, fast, cheap. Carlisle always does good work! I would not call them cheap, but I would say they are affordable. Sometimes they’re faster than other times.I consistently return here because I know I am ALWAYS going to get good work, and it may be faster, and it may be more affordable, but I know it’s always good and I know they’re not lying to me. As a woman, that’s the biggest deal for me.”

“My Jaguar XF lost all power and I had it towed expecting to hear the worst. Instead I was greeted by Owner Karen who immediately recognized the problem. He then proceeded to verify the problem. Although several codes came up his experience told him it was something very simple. He went above and beyond my wildest expectations when he called the dealer and allowed me to hear his shop's price and what it would cost me retail. Needless to say it was a big difference. So, he told me not to worry and gave me rhe part at his price. I was back rolling within 4 hours. MGM Auto will be my first stop moving forward. I highly recommend MGM Auto.

The prices are fair and you can schedule ahead of time to skip a potential line if you needed to get an oil change on your lunch break for example.”

“If you are looking for a GREAT and HONEST repair shop this is IT! Have been going here for years and always felt they were honest. Just did my 125,000 mile service and all they did was replace the cabin air filter. They could have told me lots of things needed to be done but they didn't. Fantastic place.”

“Getting an estimate was easy. Making an appointment was easy. Colin and his team are exceptional. He walked me through what needed to be done on my brakes, setting my expectations. Let me know what needed to be repaired in future.Their facility including bathrooms are clean. Make your appointment for oil change/ brakes and you will be done in a snap.”

I only needed an inspection for my personal vehicle and he stopped what he was doing and got me out in less than 25 minutes.

“I was unsure when my next oil change was due as the window sticker was no longer on the window. I went to Jiffy Lube to see about getting my oil changed and they were honest in telling me I still had another 1500 miles to go. They topped off my fluids and did so without charge. I appreciate their honesty and will continue to come back for my oil changes and other general maintenance.”
“First time I went their was a long line and no one guiding. Once it was my turn I was told I was in the wrong line, despite the signs saying otherwise. Guy looked confused. Got everything done and was told the discount would be about half off. It wasn't and the guy backtracked.
Second time I went it, no one was there which was a surprise and they had a 50% off deal on oil changes (yay me!). Super quick service, guys were very nice.
Overall a good place to go, just sometimes can be very busy and it's so close to the road you can't really pull in. Always coupons and discounts available though making it my go to.”

“Not the best customer service, but hell, this isn’t a restaurant. These guys work outdoors and it’s hard physical work all day. Summers are probably difficult for them. They changed my oil, got my car inspected and I was on my way very quickly. This location on Toepperwein always kicks ass and gets it done.”
