Carlisle always does good work! I would not call them cheap, but I would say they are affordable. “I went here because it was the closest place to get an oil change, I'm usually a Valvoline girl, but they did such a good job. I pulled in, the men that helped me were very polite and patient, he offered me the best deal, didn't try to up-sell anything or pressure me. They got me in and out of there so fast and did a whole check plus the oil change! It was only about $40 when I'll spend close to $60-80 anywhere else! The man called me by name and wished me a great day! I will be going here again. Don't be fooled by how iffy the building looks!!”

From install custom exhaust to radiator replacements to tire repairs to diagnoses help to towing suggestions and on and on. Some of the vehicle rap sheet... 1999 Civic EX 2dr... help make last 298,XXX miles (crash 2015), 2006 Tacoma TRD... help make last 290,XXX miles (sold 2021), 2012 Camry SE V6... still going at 190,XXX miles, My Son 2005 G35 V6 6M... simple to minor/major, etc. 184,XXX (crash 2021). and my other vehicles on and on... Good peoples and great help. Even though I split my vehicles services with another facility, still worth it to have 2 Aces underneath your sleeve.”

Not to mention, they were very flexible with my work schedule for drop-off/pick-up. Michael was great about sending me daily updates and keeping with the original quoted price. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again for any future needed work on our vehicles as I know they will do honest and competent work.”

“Went to Walmart in Devine TX I was about to get a FLAT kept Inflating every 10 mins.Then the Grumpy old man tells the cheerful client in front of me that Cheerfully asked him how was his day. The old man told him "Busier then I wanna be" Mind you only 3 oil changes ahead there will be minimum of 2 hr or more 2 wait.I decided I'll just buy the tire $75 and go elsewhere to get them to put it on instead of waiting 3-4hrs with walmart . “this guy really knows what he's doing, I paid $150 at the dealer for a diagnostic and when I took my truck to this guy he took a little piece of hose put one end touching the part ( water pump in a 2017 highlander its complicated to get to the part ) and the other end in his ear and immediately knew it was the water pump what it was causing a noise, I was like WOW! “I recently bought my Lexus RX 350 from Chelley Mendoza at North Park VW mid December 2923. I keep cars a long time and had not been in the car market since 2018 (which is a shorter time than I expected). In this latest search, I had been in the car market since October 2023 and it is a completely different market. Folks were trying to sell cars at a premium that they were unwilling to repair, dressed up lemons…which is nothing like I was used to. I’m from DFW but found the car at North Park on Edmunds and it was reasonably priced with minor interior cosmetic damage on the center console. It was what I was used to in a car search. I decided to make the trip and called North Park to see if the car was still available. Chelley answered the phone that evening and proceeded to give superb customer service from the moment she picked up the phone until I left the dealership with the car (which the center console was fixed and they put two tires on the car along with some other fixes to make it lot ready). I am so happy she picked up the phone! She made the trip worthwhile. Also; after purchasing the car, she and Jerry (the manager) even gassed up the Lexus I purchased AND the rental I drove to San Antonio! What a class act.I did not know anything about this dealership before this insane car search but now that I know they exist, I will always look to see what they have before purchasing another car. Chelley’s customer service and the dealership’s standards were so impressive that my mom will also consider North Park and work will work with Chelley when she is ready to purchase her next car. It was an amazing experience in this bleak car market. Give them a shot to earn your business! You won’t regret it.”
