“Excellent service....up font price quotes...and no BS I first took my car down the street to Firestone Complete Auto (Broadway St. - San Antonio) care to patch a tire that kept running low on pressure. Mark Sosa (Firestone Complete Auto) ...who is the manager informed me that I had a nail too close to the sidewall of the tire.... & that Firestone Complete Auto would not patch it...but rather sell me a new tire...etc. I passed on the bait & switch from Firestone Complete Auto (Mark Sosa) & drove to Broadway Tire & Auto. Broadway Tech working on my tire showed me in person (in the back of the shop) where the nail was. Nail was not even close to sidewall. Tire was patched & all is well now. Note: The employees at Firestone Complete Auto are Scammers. The employees & leadership at Broadway Tire & Auto are awesome/professional & very detail oriented. From this point on...I will %100 be taking my business to Broadway Tire & Auto.”

“A great experience. Driving cross country pulling a travel trailer with an Audi Q7 and experiencing a bad coolant leak. Went to a few shops first thing on the Saturdsy morning and they could not handle the Audi and said go to the dealer. S&S guys immediately jumped on it and diagnosed a bad water pump bearing was causing the leak. Had part ordered from dealer and all work completed between 9am and 2pm the same day. Saved our travel schedule to the West Coast. S&S guys were attentive, professional and the price was very fair. 2 weeks later and no leaks and everything working great. The garage was clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend.”
