Oil Change in Universal City, TX

“I usually go to another one of your facilities and was very unhappy the last visit ….. I swore I would go elsewhere….i had bought an oil filter from AutoZone so I could be sure where I went to next would be able to take care of me and.not have to order filter and go back …..I was driving past the location on Kitty Hawk and thought ….maybe it might be better so I stopped ….wonderful greeting….by a young woman and I got in and was politely greeted by a very nice young man he pulled me up on thee computer and we discussed what type oil change I wanted and he politely took my oil filter and immediately started to change the oil he checked my air filter and discussed pricing and it was very dirty so I trusted him and he put a new one in then he took care of filter install we then started auto and ran RPM up and he showed me the dip stick with new nice clean full oil …..I paid him and then he gave me window sticker with complete explanation….and unlike your other location he helped me to put in the new service in my onboard computer with great success and complete explanation….the other location couldn’t do it and I left very unhappy and left having to get on by utube later to get oil change light off ….i am so sorry not to be able to remember his name but he represents your company extremely well….and earned my future business at this location…..he deserves a pat on be the back and a raise ?
