“When I had my first phone call with Bob to see if we were a good fit, we talked for a whole hour! In that hour, he never tried to sell me his services. Before I decided to get a personal trainer, I did A LOT of research on the most effective mode of exercise, muscle building, phasing workouts etc. So I went into our phone call knowing exactly what I wanted my workouts to consist of. Bob's philosophy on exercise is shared by the nation's best trainers! Lastly, since Bob and I had similar passions for health and fitness, we had a lot to talk about during our sessions, and he always generously gave me extra time so I could still get in an effective workout.”

“BMF is the most fun workout I have ever experienced!!!! The classes are addictive because you have a blast doing a completely unique workout each time synchronized to high-energy music. Their format targets both strength and cardio conditioning. I always left feeling accomplished and in a positive mood! The trainers are fantastic and extremely motivating. They are truly knowledgeable and sincerely care about you and your fitness journey. My favorite trainers are Mario, Jeanny, and Crystal. I recommend BMF over any other boutique fitness studio or gym that I’ve tried. Anytime I have ever brought guests, they are always completely wowed. I love how BMF holds theme workouts from time to time, such as a country-Western or glow in the dark themes. They also give you recognition when you achieve milestones of completed classes by taking a picture of you with the trainers and posting on social media. Little extra things like those make the fitness journey more exciting and help motivate you along the way. Definitely try out BMF!”

“i’ve only had five sessions so far but i look forward to being apart of the spenga fam for the long run. summer at the front is very sweet and all the staff are very welcoming. At my first session they really went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. “Some friends of mine out of state have been telling me to try F45 for a couple of years now but I hated the idea of a workout class. I finally gave in and wanted to see what all of the hype was about. I get it! This class is amazing! Sounds weird but I love that there are no mirrors. Everyone is there to really get a good workout it. You can go at your own pace as strong o heavy as you'd like and the workouts are different every day so you don't get bored. The trainers have all been great and supportive. The class is full but not over crowded and follow trainees are all really friendly. 10/10 recommend.”

“Great place to play volleyball. It's not so good if you're a coach and can't stand for long periods of time.Not a lot of seating for parents during a tournament.But, they run a very efficient tournament. I would just suggest maybe trying to accommodate the teams for day two that have to travel back a long distance back home (Tulas) not to be the last ones leaving at 6p on a Sunday. Maybe the local teams could play the late matches?”

“I would give more stars if I could!! BP Performance has completely surpassed any expectations I had for the facility. My son started with the youth one on one training and almost immediately the physical changes started to show. In addition, to my surprise, his confidence and discipline both soared after a short time with BP Performance. To see him grow as he has cannot be matched by others, and trust me, I have tried different youth facilities in the DFW area.Additionally, I started working out with one of the trainers. Life had gotten in the way of me making time for myself and my health was not where I wanted it to be. I started personal training sessions with Janell, and when I say it has been life changing, I really think that is an understatement. Not only have I lost weight and inches, I have gained muscle and feel like a new person. My overall health has improved and it is very noticeable.I would highly recommend BP Performance for youth training: one on one sessions, speed and agility sessions and camps, and even their youth football teams. Also, I cannot recommend enough the trainers, who do adult personal training and bootcamps, when I say life changing, it is the truth.”

“This location reminds me of your gritty 80s montage Rocky movie gym. Equipment is clearly used and abused, quiet, but always a fee people working out minding their business 24 hrs a day.This is a fantastic gym to come in, get a workout in uninterrupted, and leave. Just people trying to improve their health here.If you’re looking for the best new equipment, look elsewhere though.Gym has the typical issue of weights never being put back (100% on garbage human members) but every piece of equipment works, which is rare.All in all, I like to call this gym my home away from home”
