Rachelle & Ken provide stellar customer service! I have rented a unit here for over two years and recently rented a second unit.
I have extensive experience with other storage companies lacking in customer care. Trust me - this is the most important factor in storing your belongings!
The property is immaculate! The concrete floors look polished! Driveways are clean & free of debris. Lovely potted flowers welcome you to the property! ?
That is always a sign that someone cares!
Reasonable prices, maintenance AND great customer service are rare in this business.
Admittedly this facility is not in the most convenient location and has some challenging hills & ramps. However, the service here makes it worthwhile and it's great exercise too.
I trust all my belongings are safe here and I highly recommend Ambassador Storage ?”
“My brother-in-law rented an indoor storage unit. The employee was very nice and helpful. Due to his limitations, she made it easier to come in without using ramps or stairs and got a closer unit to the entrance door. If I had to use this place personally, I would recommend it.”
“Had a space here for a few years. Never had an issue. Gate was ALWAYS in working order. Staff easy to get a hold of and change the gate code monthly. My only complaint was parking under a large tree in the back and would constantly find ants and spiders all over my vehicle because of it. Just comes with being an uncovered outdoor facility I guess”

They helped unload the broken trailer, load the new one, change the ball hitch, and even gave us water bottles. They made a stressful situation so much better. Thank you David and Shelby!!
Bonus points. Their parking lot is really easy to turn around in. Great when you have the trailer attached.”
