“Mr. Bergeron I am sorry you feel that way towards our company. First of all we have been in business for 11 years and never once committed or even thought about committing any type of fraud. You can run every background check you want on me and my company and you will find nothing but legitimacy. We are an accredited company and have serviced over 10,000 patients nation wide in our 11 years in. You are the first person that has ever mentioned the word fraud.Your sister's equipment was approved by health and human services with an allotted amount that was owed to us per month. However since you are the power of attorney the allotted amount per month goes to you than you forward that same dollar amount to us per month so your sister can continue to keep her equipment. However you only paid us for 2 months and kept the remaining dollar amount for yourself and stiffed us for the remaining balance. Every time we tried calling you to collect the proper amount that you legally owe us you treated my staff with complete disrespect. Your no longer need an appointment to qualify for wic and they send the big can formula to your house and they have similac Pro Sensitive which is the formula my baby needs cause wic only has sensitive and the sensitive gives my baby colics not to mention they only give the tiny cans which is absolutely unacceptable!!
