“This company was the quickest to respond to my inquiry in the purchase of an estim unit I needed for an upcoming surgery. I decided to buy a unit from a different company. Their unit arrived in poor condition without the proper cords. I sent it back and contacted vonco med. They helped via phone and email find a unit that was newer and better than the other unit while costing about the same. They had it screened by their biomed Dept. They even repaired a small chip they had found in the screen for free before shipping it to me. I was very impressed by their customer service and by the products they have available.”

“I highly recommend it’s much better than wic !!! Your no longer need an appointment to qualify for wic and they send the big can formula to your house and they have similac Pro Sensitive which is the formula my baby needs cause wic only has sensitive and the sensitive gives my baby colics not to mention they only give the tiny cans which is absolutely unacceptable!! Loved the service they treated me well and I felt completely comfortable asking for what my baby needed from them !!!!”
