“I went to get a pet's meds filled and they were happy to do it. I faxed them the rx myself and was able to pick it up shortly after. My only concern is that when I went at 5pm, there was one person working the counter. I was third in line, but the people in front of me took FOREVER talking talking talking, trying to do things at the last minute, as people do. It was frustrating that I was there to grab one small med and had to wait an eternity. So, having another person to step in/help at that time instead of other employees clocking out and leaving (there was at two or three that I spotted saying goodbye and leaving) would have been helpful for both sides.”

During recovery, I purchased the Excellent 7 foot tall medical shower pole, medical shower seat, neck pillow, crutches, and other items at ACG Bedford. Those medical items helped me tremendously!My Elderly mother had knee replacement and purchased a top quality Rollator Walker, Shower seat, and other medical items from ACG Bedford. Those medical items helped my mother tremendously!My mom passed away recently at 80 years of age…..but I am so thankful for the great customer service and help ACG Medical Supply Employees in Bedford gave my mom!This Holiday Season ? “Since the beginning of this year, I have had both knees totally replaced. My CPM machine and walker were provided by Med-Equip from Burlington, NC. Alex delivered and picked up the equipment both times. He was compassionate, patient, and personable. I greatly appreciated his explanation of the machine, plus I just enjoyed talking with him. If I ever need equipment again from Med-Equip, I will request Alex as my contact person.”

Your no longer need an appointment to qualify for wic and they send the big can formula to your house and they have similac Pro Sensitive which is the formula my baby needs cause wic only has sensitive and the sensitive gives my baby colics not to mention they only give the tiny cans which is absolutely unacceptable!! Loved the service they treated me well and I felt completely comfortable asking for what my baby needed from them !!!!”

“Got here at my appointment 4am and out asap not even 1 hour. They begin deliveries 3am to 7am there is pilot and loves with walmart across tge street from loves near by 41 miles away from this facility. I was happy because we all need some groceries. Loves has a lot of parking. Clean showers nice people”
