Carlos is AMAZING. I entered the store mad because a family member canceled my line. Carlos made me feel better by helping me get a new phone number with a new phone. My new favorite store. I will be back. ❤️

The store manager and reps were very helpful. They assisted me with my phone without charging me. I will come back. The best location I've been to in years.
