“I was in the market for a new leather sofa, leather mainly because it is so much easier to clean and you don't have to worry about dust settling into the weave like on fabric upholstery. Previously we had 2 leather sofas, one was good quality, the other was a well-known name brand company that makes furniture that is subpar, but I didn't realize that till after we had purchased and live on our sofa for a while. After several years and the "leather" starting to peel, I decided I then wanted something that would last and hold up and I believe we have now have just that. I did a lot of research on leather sofas, I particularly wanted a recliner sofa, one where all the seats recline as needed. I had found out from our last sofa that if only the end seats recline the seat cushion in the middle stays fuller and almost makes it impossible to lay down across the whole sofa, if wanted. I wanted cushions that could interchange so they could be rotated to prevent just that, one cushion being fuller than the other after many uses. I wanted a sofa that you could also fluff and add more stuffing to keep the backing from becoming dense & settling over time. I wanted to be able to customize the look of the sofa, to fit in with my décor. I selected 2 stores, Leather Creations and another one. I first went to Leather Creations cause it was closer to our home, I never made it to the other store. Leather Creations was exactly what I was looking for. We walked in the store never dreaming I would purchase on that same day, but there was Cynthia, she walked us through the process, was a great help in making my upholstery selections & my options for the sofa. I even ended up purchasing a swivel chair to replace one had that was still in good use, but I just fell in love with the one at the store. This sofa is everything I wanted and more. Yes, it does take a while to get the finished product, but I was not in a hurry and it really is worth the wait. I ended up purchasing the Reno sofa with 3 recliner seats and their Panther swivel chair. I also added battery packs in case of a power outage, that way the recliner could still be adjusted when needed. Nothing like having a power outage and your stuck in the recline position and then trying to get out of it. Also add 3 headrest that can be used as needed. It gets very confusing as to what choice of leather, color, design, and durability of leather to pick, there are so many choices to choose from. Cynthia was such a great help in the deciding factor. She walked us through the durability and the use of the leather, of how we would use it, if there are kids, pets or other types of uses for this sofa of ours. After narrowing that down then comes the color selection, again it was very confusing still so many choices. Cynthia then helped make my decision easier by assisting me in direction as to narrowing down my colors. Next style, did I just want it plain or want to add some embossed leather and where I wanted it. Then the selection if I wanted nail heads and if so what size and style. There are also other things you can customize, such as the arms, the rails. Next we did the same with chair on making our selections. I couldn't have done it without Cynthia. Oh and by the way they have hair on hides, as you can see on our chair it has a deer hide. Next comes the waiting. Finally delivery, each piece was wrapped up and protected, brought in and placed where we wanted them. Our 2 pieces of furniture from Leather Creations are so comfortable. I just know it will last a lifetime, quality is exceptional. When it is time to fluff out the back cushions, Leather Creations will give us stuffing, they make the sofa to where more can be added when needed. Also if ever comes a time the cushions get worn these too can be replaced. I am so pleased I am planning on taking an ottoman to them to get it upholstered in that same leather to go with the chair. “We bought several pieces from Crescent House 6 or 7 years ago that we enjoyed for years. We recently moved and not everything fits or works with the new style, so we went back to Crescent House. They have pieces that are unique, like the headboard we bought years ago or the new dining table that was just delivered, and they also have pieces that are more common, like the bar stools and end table that we bought years ago. On our recent visit, Sig helped us select a dining table, chairs and bar stools. He helped us select upholstery, wood and metal finishes to create a custom set perfect for our home.”

He spent a good deal of time with us, helped us get exactly what we wanted, presented us with a nice discount, then helped us choose a great chair for the bedroom, also with a nice discount. The bed and chair were delivered exactly as promised by a very nice and hard-working young man by the name of Mauricio Ruiz. We live in a very hilly area of Lago Vista with extremely steep driveways but Mauricio was able to use his impressive strength to get everything unloaded and delivered to our room. “I had a wonderful experience with Northwest Furniture. I have lived in Liberty Hill for about 8 years and drive past them on a regular basis but never actually went inside until recently. “My experience with paradise spas was great. I purchased a floor model plug and play garden spa on 1/5/24. It was delivered on 1/10/24. I couldn’t get the pump to start so I called on 1/11/24 and they sent someone out that afternoon. He was able to get the pump working. Turned out that there was just air in the line from transport. A month later spa still working great and I’m in it almost every night.”

It was a Saturday evening after all.I had been browsing the aisles for far too long when I realized it had gotten dark outside and the store was getting busier and busier. I made a dash for the self check out so I could avoid the droves of shoppers also heading to the checkout.This is where things got a bit dicey but only for a moment.I made it all the way through scanning and bagging my items but there had been some issue with my debit card only charging for half of the order. I've never had that happen before so I was a bit confused and tried another card which also didn't mark. The girl (I didn't catch her name) at the self checkout tried to help but inevitably, the order had to be reversed. Admittedly, I was a little irritated by this point but not with them. I was just honestly very tired, hungry and really wanted to get home lol had I not spent so long shopping, I would have just said never mind and left. I checked my bank per the girl cashier's suggestion and I saw the charge was still pending on my account so she went to get the manager, J. A few moments after I spoke with him and he went to the back to see if he could locate the charge, I got a fraud alert from my bank asking if I had attempted a charge at Target so presumably this was the issue all along.He was very kind, helpful and I could tell he was sincere in his attempt to make it right. Despite me telling him that I wasn't upset and it was all good, I was just a bit cranky lol. So that extra bit of kindness from him was much appreciated. Especially considering the store had gotten rather busy and there were quite a few ppl looking for him so kudos to him for staying so calm, cool, and collected.”
