“This is an update to a review made awhile ago which was a 1 star. The store has made many changes looks more like a Dollar General. (Same floor plan) but best of all the staff has changed. Cashiers are friendly and helpful. Manager is on top of things going on at the store. So I'm changing rating from 1 Star to 4. Would give 5 stars if floor plan was not a copy of other branded store.”

“I haven't been to a Hobby Lobby in so long so when I was in Baytown and had a few minutes to spare I was so excited to finally be able to finally get to go inside this store!!! (Felt weird though, the first Big Lots I had ever been to was with my grandma when I was a kid in Michigan, then. Fast forward 30 yrs, we have been to everyone since then together but I had to do this one alone and it made me sad but happy to get to think about her when I was shopping today! God bless y'all, enjoy the little moments with each other and thank God for every one of them!!!! Thankful to have gotten a chance to not only bring up some great memories but enjoy one of my favorite stores!!! Got some good deals on some shampoos and conditioner, probably enough for the next year!!”

“An employee had an issue with me checking out in the self checkout line, we were already at a register and she told us to go to the employee run register. I said we were ok and she said “well it’s 10 items or less” with a snotty attitude. I was upset with Target I was ready to leave on the spot. However, the lady Apple at the register was so nice and patient with me, I instead decided to speak to a manager. I ended up speaking with Ginny and Vickie (I believe was her name) and they were honestly the nicest people. Ginny, Vickie, and Apple are the reasons I love target. Their customer service was unmatched. I was so incredibly angry over 14 items being an issue (which I hadn’t counted until after, I thought it was 10) and was completely turned around by the care and patience of the management team. I am very impressed with Ginny and how she handled the situation. She definitely deserves a raise. Thank you to the kind ladies at this location for making my night better and treating me with compassion.”

“I want to say I was starting to get disappointed because I had called to ask for a dress in Women's formals. Nobody would answer me I started with customer service and was transferred it was 3:30pm. Women's perfumes answered and transferred me to a line that didn't work. I was on the line fothe phone was ringing ringing and ringing. Finally at 7:35pm I was sent to Jewelry, the young man Yahir answered he didn't know the extention number to where I needed to be transferred. But he said ma'am I will look up your item and if it's available I will take the phone directly to the department because I don't know the extention number. He helped me and went to the department got the dresses I needed and he put them on hold for me. I'm going to pick up all the way from waller tx after being on the phone for 5 hrs I'm happy there are still noble people in the department stores. Now I'm ready for a wedding on Sat he has really saved me thank you Yahir for the help and keep doing an amazing job!! People like you deserve nothing but the best for going above and beyond and not only staying in your department to help customers!!”

“Love this marshalls but i can’t believe this happened. This worker in the front took of the tag which my mother got from the CLEARANCE section. It was sweatpants that had the RED tag on with the price reduced . She refused to sell it or said we had to pay the full price even though we literally got it from the clearance section & also had a red tag. But she kept refusing, it’s not right that she is taking of clearance prices & charging them as the full price & being unprofessional about it! Please do better!”

“Good place to run through every once in awhile to see if there are things they're clearing out as their clothes are at a higher level than local t.j Maxx or Marshalls. Plus their facilities are always much cleaner.Prices will be a little bit higher than other clearance out stores.”

“The store and even the strip mall itself have seen better days--Lack of merchandise, shelves barely stocked, and yet STILL managed to feel cramped and short of space. That's quite the feat.The one saving grace was the staff, who seem to genuinely care and try to assist their customers. One associate (wish I had gotten her name) went out of her way to help me locate a particular item. The cashier (she wrote her name on the receipt and I can't read it) was friendly and professional, and was calm when the computer wouldn't accept my coupon and I was momentarily panicky.So, kudos to the employees (at least the two I dealt with), but there needs to be improvement (much, much, improvement) on product availability and presentation.”

“This place is awesome, great deals and great customer service in a time where it is least expected. Items were easy to find and placed neatly on the shelf. By far the only "bad" thing is the wait time in the line, but that is because it is mostly super busy because everyone loves shopping at Ross apparently! That is obviously not the workers fault. I always leave happy and wanting to come back. Ross is my comfort place. An honorable mention to the managers working to make business happen, I always overhear them working to take care of the customer. I don't usually visit this specific baytown store, but I will from now on!”
