“I went in to buy shoes. I had $25 and was looking for shoes at or under that price. I didn't find anything, but I enjoyed shopping there. They had little benches for customers to try on shoes. The ones I did try on hurt my feet. The store was clean, well stocked, and the aisles were uncluttered”

“I went to return Amazon items and decided to look for a new purse. After narrowing down my choices, one of the purses didn't have a tag anywhere on it. I went to the customer service desk and the associate was very helpful. She was able to look up the price and could check me out there. I hadn't used my Kohl's credit card in a while and it had been closed. She enrolled me in the rewards program and helped me reopen my Kohl's credit card.”
“We were there this past weekend. It's not a bad store but the really need to fix all the broken floor tiles and a remodel of the restrooms wouldn't hurt. The employees are nice but they take a long time to ring up your purchases and bag up your items to where it gets a bit frustrating. Other than that it's a nice store but the broken floor tiles really hurt the appearance. I mean it's not like they can't afford to fix the floor tiles.”

“The store was really clean and full of so many cute items! I went in to buy a couple gifts for my friend who likes Sanrio and I found everything I needed. The employees were incredibly nice and patient. The one who rang me up recommended me a pair of socks similar to the ones I had chosen and forgot to remove the other ones so I was accidentally charged 4 pairs of socks instead of 2. I noticed when I got home and decided to go back to the store, despite arriving 15 minutes before they closed they were extremely nice and helpful and got it sorted out. “Amazing, I've been living two blocks away for five months and finally decided to go in. If your into name brand shoes, pants and other, this is the place for you. On top of all that everything is cheap,for the brands. Spent 25$ and got a pair of Pumas and 15-19 bucks for name brand pants. It seems the bring stuff in often and the lines move moderately fast. Great place to get you swag up on a budget :)”

“From the moment I walked into this store, the vibe, customer service, appearence, and overall view from a new customers eyes was amazing. Coming from San Antonio in town visiting my boyfriend, our stores in SA are a hot mess. The selection here of Michael Kors, Coach etc were way better in regards to color options, sizes, and choices in general. The towel section here was sooooo organized and for an OCD shopper like myself, that is big. Each aisle that I went in to there were like 10 of this, and 8 of that when it came to the amount of product on hand. Our stores here in SA only have one or two of something and barely much of a selection. I go into our stores and maybe I find one thing I like to purchase and that's a hit or miss. This store had so many selections of everything from clothes to household goods, and many other things. The ladies I spoke to were so sweet and the customer service was top notch. THIS store will definently be my go to every time I am in town in the future and will highly recommend this store to friends and family. Can't wait to come back and visit. The staff all need raises and tons of kuddos from corporate.”
