Went in to look for a gift and Noni knew exactly where to direct me. I was approached by another team member and they weren’t pushy at all, rather inviting and brought great energy to my shopping experience. I had questions and asked another team member for help and received the same helpful kindness that everyone else gave me. I love this store for many reasons but the consistency of the Zumiez shopping experience is amazing. I went in for one gift and ended up buying three. “The owner and cashier are very friendly and professional. A “Karen” came in today with an overgrown and untrained “service animal” putting all of the customers at risk. The dog was barking at people and even terrified a service worker who displayed he frozen with terror, as the dog barked and sniffed him. The owner of the store was very polite and calm and asked the “Karen” nicely to control her animal or she would be asked to leave. SHE NEVER KICKED HER OUT! Even though the dog was out of control. The owner of the dog even admitted to the dog “not being trained to NOT bark yet…” Once the “Karen” left on her own free will with the “service animal” in hand, the energy was restored. I have worked in the travel industry for almost 20 years and I have never heard a service animal bark at anyone! With the exception of if the service animals owner is in clear and present danger or distress and in need of medical attention. If your service Animal is not trained to be of service to the owner, please keep them out of all establishments until they are.Other than that, the shop is well stocked, clean, welcoming, and the people who own and work there are very intentional and knowledgeable. Thank you for a beautiful experience!”

“Great shopping experience today. I went to the Fairmont Parkway Lane Bryant location to use some Lane cash that is expiring tomorrow. All of the sales associates were friendly and helpful. I have to give kudos to Shay. She normally works at another location but happened to be here today. She was super helpful - getting things down for me, finding my size and helping me search and find a particular kind of top I needed to coordinate with a previous purchase. I got 2 great blouses and was pleasantly surprised to see that they were both on clearance. So I didn't get to use my Lane cash but that just means I " have" to go shopping again tomorrow before it expires. Yay!”

It's currently offering a 25% discount on some items. It wasn't too crowded at the time of my visit, and none of the associates wore masks. I browsed and was able to locate a beautiful floral dress that I really liked! I plan to visit again in the future.”

“I want to say I was starting to get disappointed because I had called to ask for a dress in Women's formals. Nobody would answer me I started with customer service and was transferred it was 3:30pm. Women's perfumes answered and transferred me to a line that didn't work. I was on the line fothe phone was ringing ringing and ringing. Finally at 7:35pm I was sent to Jewelry, the young man Yahir answered he didn't know the extention number to where I needed to be transferred. But he said ma'am I will look up your item and if it's available I will take the phone directly to the department because I don't know the extention number. He helped me and went to the department got the dresses I needed and he put them on hold for me. I'm going to pick up all the way from waller tx after being on the phone for 5 hrs I'm happy there are still noble people in the department stores. Now I'm ready for a wedding on Sat he has really saved me thank you Yahir for the help and keep doing an amazing job!! People like you deserve nothing but the best for going above and beyond and not only staying in your department to help customers!!”
