“They were a great computer repair company... They said they couldn't fix my son's earbuds, so they didn't charge me anything... However when I got the earbuds home they were fixed... This company is so good that they fix things even when they can't...lol... I kid you not these people are very professional, very nice, and extremely helpful to their customers... I will definitely be referring all of my customers to them, and I have thousands of those.”

“Fantastic service from the Geek Squad area. My sister had created a new password on her IPad, however she made a mistake while typing it, thus locking herself out of it. We had gone to Best Buy and went to the Geek Squad area. The workers were all so nice and friendly. The IPad was taken in and fully reset. The store itself had nice displays of technology which I enjoyed viewing in the meanwhile. Excellent service and excellent store.”

“You know this is a different Office Max right away, as compared to all the rest. In other locations you're just a number (that you receive by tapping on a screen) and have to wait for eternity, while the associates ignore you and keep doing their own thing. Only after you go up and remind them that you exist, do they go into action. But this place was so different. And Andrea made all the difference. How I wish Office Max hired more associates like her. Thank you, Andrea, for instilling in us the belief that there's still hope.”
“Great place and amazingly nice people work there. From welcoming at the door to services, everything was amazing.I had an issue with my Chromebook and they got it fixed and running.I was a little worried because I was about to start classes a week later but they saved my life.I don’t remember his name but I had chatted with an employee he told me that he worked there for 15 years and that’s how you know it’s a great place when people retain their job for years.”

“Hometown business that is willing to help you with troubleshooting or your computer needs. Business has never let me down on sales, warranty, or advice. I see some strange reviews on here that, honestly, I don't think they were good customers or were looking to shame this place into freebies. They have honest pricing and always allow you to test components before you buy.. and then offer a warranty. I feel they do honest business. Anything can "fail" at any time, new or used - electronics are no exception. However, I believe they do everything in their power to develop strategic partners with their customers and want return business from them. I've personally bought several computer components from them without issues, and they have been happy to test components I didn't buy from them as a courtesy. I've never been disappointed in their products or services.”
