“I don't frequent these specialties stores often, but I had to go here to pick up a printer I'd purchased at another location on sale. The store was clean, pretty busy for a Best Buy. Staff was helpful and kind. I didn't shop around, I came to customer service to get what I purchased in Burleson, got it, and went on my way. For the store itself, again it was nice and clean, well kept. I'd return again if needed.”

“I was searching for a desktop, so I could use it for personal/part-time remote jobs. I went in with a list of specifications that needed the desktop to include, and they were so nice and patient. They had a variety of options I was so happy, I was about to spend more than $600 on just a PC w/o a monitor/keyboard/ mouse at a big-box store(s). They tested the monitors, and turned it on to make sure everything looked/worked good. Extremely affordable, I purchased a whole set that included a huge Dell monitor, they also added a keyboard and mouse all right under $200! I am very happy to find this place, and this business will forever be go-to for any computer needs! Thank you so much yall! From welcoming at the door to services, everything was amazing.I had an issue with my Chromebook and they got it fixed and running.I was a little worried because I was about to start classes a week later but they saved my life.I don’t remember his name but I had chatted with an employee he told me that he worked there for 15 years and that’s how you know it’s a great place when people retain their job for years.”
