“Jaylen was super helpful, I explained what I needed. I have a child with special needs and equipment I needed to store plus my classroom boxes and she knew exactly what I needed. All of this was done with a smile and she made me feel like she loves this job. I am a Social Emotional Support teacher so observing behavior and data is my thing. There was also a gentleman there whom was also kind and knowledgeable.”

“I'm moving into the storage tomorrow. The area looks nice and safe. Denise was great, she told me and showed me, all my options. She helped me pick a unit. She held it for me about a week, making sure I kept the same rate we spoke about. So far so good. I dont know how long I will use the unit. Hopefully I'll have the same great rate for at least six months.

“I feel very secure with my belongings at Life Storage Katy. I have never had belongings tampered with and my storage is inside and climate controlled. My storage is on the second floor and you will need access to take the elevator to the second floor. It will not allow you to continue if you don't have access. I definitely feel comfortable recommending Life Storage Katy as a storage solution. The workers are also very helpful and friendly.”

“We’ve been storing our business equipment here for the last 6 years and we’ve had no issues and we have no complaints. Gate access allows us to pick up our equipment anytime. We do parking lot sweeping and pressure washing which is mostly at night so gate access late at night is a plus!”

“Alex and his team are great. Prices are good, and service is good. Only reason I remove a star is because it was said to be climate controlled... and instead is in a warehouse with fans pumping air throughout... but anything in there will get HOT, or cold. As long as you are aware of this, then it will be fine for you. We did have some mold in one of our units, a snake in one, and a bunch of field mice that made their home in our stuff. For the most part though, everything was fine. Alex was more than accommodating, and we will use him in the future.”

“Incredible service! If you live in Houston don't bother with those out of state brokers that manage other transport companied. I researched three other companies and all three had horrible ratings. I didn't want to risk putting my car in those type of companies hands and had to deal with the stress that I read in their reviews. I chose this company because it was in state and it had good rating. New World lived up to its good ratings. My transport for my car to Mississippi was stress-free and effortless. There was no long wait to pick up the car. No bait and switch. I called and requested my vehicle be transported ASAP. It was picked up the next day. They could have picked it up the same day but I needed a particular truck because of the narrow road they were delivering to. The owner even looked at the road the car was to be delivered to ensure he had the right size transport truck. He ensured me that it would be dropped off at the residence I gave him. The transport went quickly and smoothly. It was picked up and delivered the next day with no issues. Again, it was stress-free and the price to transport was more than reasonable. I would definitely recommend this company and I will definitely use them again when needed. Effortless and fantastic service which is extremely hard to come by when transporting a vehicle.”
