“Had reps out at Elm Creek doing sign ups this past weekend. Under all the intense heat and humidity, they were very informative and helpful. I ended up getting switched over to AT&T!! I wanted to give a shout out to Valerie for her great attitude and exceptional service. She went above and beyond to be super helpful and accommodating to my situation. “I am making this review to commend the young man at the T-mobile store in Hutto next to I30. Jaylon, was very patient with me by helping me understand my bill and disecting all the numbers under my plan. Turns out I have 8 lines under my plan, yet only 3 physical phones and one tablet. I am technologically impaired and somehow I got sucked into all the "woderful things" T-mobile offers, lol. Jaylon even kindly assisted me with setting up an appointment to get my iPad fixed which has been broken for a year now and I never seemed to make it out to a T-mobile store. It's refreshing to see a young man who is passionate about his work. Most young people nowadays do not understand the concept of "customer service." T-mobile give this young man a raise or promotion as he carries your name high!!”
