“I had entered the store with a problem, yet left with a solution. The solution that was found exceeded my expectation. Grateful to be greeted with "Welcome, how can we help you today?" The manager (Regretfully I don't remember names well, but I recall her name to be Jennifer(?) but she conducted herself like the manager (professional, informed, cheerful and social even though it was near store closing hours). She was engaged with me to find 'the' solution I was having with an old phone. Additionally, she found benefits within our account that we weren't using. We were unaware of being eligible as our long history we've had with Verizon. Very appreciative!”

“I really like Targét (is that how we spell Tar-jay?). It is massive, clean and has a little of everything.To that point, this Super Targét isn't the supermarket size grocery store their Wally World competitors are. No deli or bakery. But they have a good spot of fresh fruits and vegetables, canned goods, frozen items, beverages etc.Their clothing selection is massive. The hardware area is not as large as their furniture and appliance selection. But all are tidy, well-stocked and competitively priced. It is a well executed Targét! So, why four stars? It's logistics.I and every other human buys food more than clothing. Yet there is only one entrance to the store...if you want to hike past clothes, cosmetics, gift cards, kitchen appliances, pharmaceuticals and school supplies to get your tomatoes you're good. But if you weren't up to a mile long to-and-from grocery buy you'll be at the two-entranced Wally World, HEB, Randall's, et al.”

“We spent a long time yesterday at this store with two different service personnel Red and Roman. We had a great experience with both of them after not having a great phone or online session after twitching to TMobile from Google Fi. The service itself is working fine but the plan features regarding new phones wasn't fulfilled per advertised so had to go to the store. Roman spent a lot of time with us getting new phones set up and data transferred. Also other devices were paired and set up properly. Other customers in the store were treated respectfully and the atmosphere in the store was very calm and everyone seemed to be ok with their appointments. Roman left us with his contact info in case we had any issues after we got home. Great experience and highly recommend this store. We were also given information about internet availability in our area and whether it would be good for us given our internet usage which was more than we'd ever gotten anywhere else! Yea Roman and Red!!”

“Sometimes a new phone really does have problems and it's not necessarily the user. I went to the Verizon store on Williams Drive and was fortunate that these 2 guys take their jobs seriously, and do them very well. They stayed late at the store more than hour after closing time and didn't just offer pizza, they ordered it! Jonathon Campos (an American success story) and Christian Skill (who kinda reminds me of Tom Cruise) are aces in my book! BTW, phone and owner are doing well.”
