“I have been in this complex for 15 months, very convenient location. Clean, quiet, the pool area is well maintained same for the Gym. The management staff is very nice and courteous. I have had a few maintenance requests and they were taken care off promptly. Daniel, Arnold and Steven are super fast to come either the same day or the day after which is very convenient. So far, I have only a positive experience at that place.”

“Ever since we have moved here from out of state, it has been the best place we’ve ever resided in apartment living. The office staff, Stacy and Isabel, have been very friendly and helpful. They’ve always been there when we have a problem or a need. Not to mention the maintenance staff, George and Josh, are the best! They always go above and beyond to get everything done in a timely manner. If you’re looking for a nice place to live, check this place out!”
“I lived in these apartments for a little over 2 years and it was the best apartment living experience I could have asked for! Amenities are beautiful, the apartments are gorgeous, and the leasing office and maintenance staff are always prompt with requests. I will say I moved here from out of state and was choosing my apartment based on location and floor plan because I wasn’t here to physically tour it ahead of time BUT the floor plan mark ups online may need some updating because while my floor plan matched room for room, I had carpeting in areas I didn’t expect or want it in (not as big a deal if you’re pet free, unlike me) and my cabinet color was different than what I expected based on the online specifications (minor to me but just something to note if you’re a super aesthetic person). Otherwise everything was great & spot on- I’d recommend this complex to anyone wanting to be in the Alliance area!”
“My wife and I own The Dreyson Mobile Bar & Events and were hired by Amy to work with her on her Holiday party for the community. Unfortunately, we were already booked that day so we had our staff working the event after we set up. Our staff had nothing but positive things to say about working with Amy throughout the event and how much the residents seemed to enjoy living there!”

“I enjoy living here! Staff is responsive, reasonable, and I feel safe. Valet trash is nice and the upgrades to the property with new management are very welcome. The gates are nice but I wish there was an easier way (fob/Bluetooth app) or lower keypad so I don't have to stand in my car to get into the gates. ? Or maybe even keeping them open at opportune times (0600-0900) and (1600-1800) would help filter get in and out.”

“Our new office manager Roxanna is doing a great job it used to be all bills paid and I don't really understand the bill part of it it seems to be extremely high but Roxanna is doing a great job. When I moved in here I could afford it because it was all bills paid now it's getting very hard my water bill is always higher than my light bill for some reason. My apartment went from 1,050 to 1,350 with my bills it's a struggle that's not what I signed up for the first time when I moved in now I can't move out because I don't have first and last month rent another problem I have with this place is the fact that if you live downstairs you have no private patio you have to live upstairs to have your own private patio which isn't fair as much as I'll pay for this place I should have a private patio I live right in front of the playground kids come over knock everything over that I ever put out on my patio it pisses me off because I can't have anything nice on my patio without getting destroyed I would like to have privacy I always wanted my own patio forever and I can't have one because it's all one community patio as much as y'all are making off these apartments these days you should be able to put up some fences”
