“I haven't lived in an apartment over thirty five years, needless to say it was like a new experience shopping around for one. I was looking at other places when I happened to remember Bellterra. I stopped in late in the evening and met with Courtney Johnson. From then on I was convinced that I had found my new home. Courtney was a consummate professional. She was friendly and helpful throughout the entire process and haI love my apartment s made it a wonderful experience. I love my apartment and all the amenities that Bellterra provides. Courtney makes it feel a like a family. Again I cannot say enough about Courtney, she was a big reason why I chose Bellterra.”

“We love our home here! We are renewing for our 4th year. Aspire is very kid and dog friendly, office and maintenance are great, the pool is awesome. I only wish there was more parking, but I think that is pretty common for apartments, especially in DFW, so can't really complain about it.”

I have always received great communication and friendliness from the front office, and reliable service from the maintenance team.More particularly I wanted to shout out, Gabrielle, one of the young ladies that works in the front office. Any and every time that I need help she is always very sincere and approachable regardless if it is a negative situation or positive. Carrying that sort of attitude is a rare find in today’s world. Her contributions make this place a wonderful place to live!”

“Stopped by today since my lease at my old apartment is ending soon. Will greeted us as soon as we came in the office with a welcoming attitude. We had a few questions and he even made time to let us tour the apartment. I love the spacious floor plans at this complex. The amenities are nice. This is the first apartment complex I’ve toured with jets in the tubs lol. Definitely looking forward to leasing here in the near future! If you are looking for a place to call home- definitely stop by and talk to Mr. Will. ?”

“Work orders are always fulfilled very fast and Kim is the absolute best! Amenities are well maintained and rent is worth it. If I could change anything, I would avoid a first floor unit right at the front of a complex without cameras or an operational gate. The choice to keep gates open during business hours allows anyone access to the complex. Outside business hours, the gate is either stuck open or stuck closed, and been an issue for months. I understand it's not the direct fault of anyone, but gated security was the only reason I chose to live in an exterior entry complex. I also had packages left outside package lockers (expensive tech equipment with pics of the contents on the box) and understand lockers get full, but theft potential/no entry security poses a concern. I would renew my lease if the gate was fixed and it felt a bit safer.”

“This apartment is very beautiful and well planned, quiet and secured.The staff are amazing, I was opportuned to work with Noah, and I must say that he is an amazing person, he was always ready to answer my million questions promptly and truthfully, he went above and beyond to make sure I had every information I needed considering I was going to be moving in from across the country.And getting here, I have no single regret whatsoever.I am in love with my apartment and happy to call Azora Ranch Apartments home for years to come”

“I've lived her for almost 3 years. Great location and a 5min walk to and from work. This building has definitely had it's share of problems. When I first moved here in 2021, everything was great. Then, about a year later, we got new managers (Managers came and went to and from here like a revolving door) The elevators were constantly breaking down, we had hot water issues for several months at a time, and then, this past Summer, the A/C issues were out of control. The manager Heidi at the time was an absolute joke and EXTREMELY unprofessional. She didn't care about it and would actually talk down to the residents when we would talk to her about the issues. Katrina, who is the manager here now, is absolutely awesome. And, the current maintenance team is as well. Since Katrina has been here, you can tell that she has gone out of her way to tackle the issues. Things have gotten better. ie: ALL THREE elevators now work, Haven't had hot water issues since she's been here. (Unless the boilers have to be reset here and there. But, that can happen anywhere) One of the only issues right now that I can think of is the front doors. They keep them locked during the weekends and evenings when the office is closed which is great! However, they don't close all the way and lock unless you push or pull them closed. That needs to be fixed. Other than that, I'm much happier here now than I was before Katrina took over as the manager. She is definitely an asset to your team and is well liked by me and other residents that I've talked to.”

“Absolutely love living here! Ascent lake worth is a whole lot better than where we were staying in North Richland Hills. The Apt is upgraded and we have a 3/2 and what I love is there is no roaches thank God!!! The property is maintained and when we need something done at the apt they come right away. The office staff is really helpful and super nice! There’s a beautiful view of the lake and it’s very peaceful. ☺️”

“Just wanting to share my experience with the maintenance crew. These guys are rockstars and deserve a raise. I’ve been here for a year and have since renewed my lease. For the past year, these guys respond to any issues quickly and they make sure to show/explain what they did to resolve. Not to mention the hard work they put in when my kitchen flooded during the winter. They are prompt on a regular day, I’m talking less than 24 hour turn around time depending on when you submitted maintenance request. I enjoy living here, it is very peaceful/quiet. Thanks TM and the maintenance team for everything you do!!!”

“Sycamore Pointe management Dani and Rachel provided the best experience ever! Both are knowledgeable, kind, and understanding, all work orders I put in were fixed almost instantly, the maintenance guy was really cool as well. I really enjoyed my time there, I highly recommend Sycamore Pointe Townhomes.But I did not like the towing system and how my car was towed multiple times, also how the trash piles up.But if you want great management and a clean environment this is your place I rate 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Horrible place to Stay!! I have been dealing with this apartment complex with my son who is a single father for over 4 months. I have helped him send email over 10 get hot water in his apartment, in the summer, the air went out and now we are dealing with pest issues. He has went into the office several times and reported the issue and this morning, he woke up to water on the floor due to a major link from the dish washer and was told he would have to wait 2 weeks for it to be replaced. This is so horrible and I hate he has about 7 months left on his lease. I called this morning to get the corporate office email and the lady who answered the phone would not give me that info. HORRIBLE”

Super nice and friendly. Amanda in the office is one of a kind. I felt the need to show some true gratitude today. The maintenance is one of a kind as well.
