I am not a resident. But y'all do try to keep the place clean and safe for my grandkids who reside there with their mother.

It's a pretty place but maintenance tends to fall short. Gate. Park repairs. Mini blinds throughout. Seems nicer than most. Upper floors are difficult walks for relatives with handicaps or mobility issues.
