“As always, the service experience and setting up, the appointment was very good. However, the shuttle experience Part of it was not good. The shuttle driver dropped me off at an appointment that I had and that was excellent. It was the pick up that did not go well. I had to wait an hour once I called to get picked up.”

“I have been looking for a place to take our Audi’s that are no longer under warranty, and a friend recommended Autobahn. I have taken 2 cars there for oil changes and inspection, and had a great experience. They have efficient systems for scheduling, appointment reminders, work approval, and payment. They did not try to upsell additional services. In fact, they discovered a small issue that was easily repaired instead of recommending a full parts replacement. Don’t worry if you are not sure when your car is due for certain services. They do all the research and present the recommendations along with estimated costs ahead of time. Give them a chance if you are looking for a reliable and trustworthy auto shop. They work on both foreign and domestic automobiles.”

Mark just replaced my Kia Windshield, and I have an appointment set up for my Outlander windshield. Both windshields had rock chips and then recently with the high temps they cracked further.

Also very friendly and always giving tips on the maintenance on your car. Other oil change places always just focus on making an extra buck and not polite at all. “Had a classic truck with little to no aftermarket exhaust parts. I decided to call Exhaust Centers as they had great reviews. Reggie answered and was able to give me a rough estimate initially for what I was looking for at the time. He told me to come in the next day. I brought my truck in and we started discussing what I wanted and Reggie was extremely knowledgeable. The initial price was good and because of his knowledge I decided to spend more and get my exhaust completely redone. Left it over the weekend and by first thing Monday morning it was complete. Reggie was quick and efficient and quoted me a reasonable price. Highly Recommend.”

Was going to bring a tire in to replace but lug nut was too warped for my tools to remove so I drove a short distance to the shop. I parked on the side street to let them know the situation beforehand. They said they would take care of it. As I am about to drive in I notice the tire comes off the rim. I go back inside to share the news and they go out to the street to help… man I feel like I need to give them so much more than just a positive Google review. Everyone was so friendly. There is also a cat that roams around who is really cute and likes to be pet.
