“Excellent service....up font price quotes...and no BS I first took my car down the street to Firestone Complete Auto (Broadway St. - San Antonio) care to patch a tire that kept running low on pressure. Mark Sosa (Firestone Complete Auto) ...who is the manager informed me that I had a nail too close to the sidewall of the tire.... & that Firestone Complete Auto would not patch it...but rather sell me a new tire...etc. I passed on the bait & switch from Firestone Complete Auto (Mark Sosa) & drove to Broadway Tire & Auto. Broadway Tech working on my tire showed me in person (in the back of the shop) where the nail was. Nail was not even close to sidewall. Tire was patched & all is well now. Note: The employees at Firestone Complete Auto are Scammers. The employees & leadership at Broadway Tire & Auto are awesome/professional & very detail oriented. From this point on...I will %100 be taking my business to Broadway Tire & Auto.”

If they could not fix it, they did not charge, Meineke did the same thing. I did not receive a charge for their attempt to fix my Honda and they did try for more than a week. I appreciate their assistance.”

“After a squirrel decided to have a field day on the electrical wiring in my Honda CRV, HNA Automotive took over and fixed all of the damage. They were able to beat the quote from the dealer and do a quality repair job. I've had a similar problem fixed by my local Honda dealership and I promise you it was no where near the quality of work done by HNA Automotive. “Had a classic truck with little to no aftermarket exhaust parts. I decided to call Exhaust Centers as they had great reviews. Reggie answered and was able to give me a rough estimate initially for what I was looking for at the time. He told me to come in the next day. I brought my truck in and we started discussing what I wanted and Reggie was extremely knowledgeable. The initial price was good and because of his knowledge I decided to spend more and get my exhaust completely redone. Left it over the weekend and by first thing Monday morning it was complete. Reggie was quick and efficient and quoted me a reasonable price. Highly Recommend.”

Unfortunately, they couldn’t figure out the problem with my A/C with basic diagnostics- they had my car for a couple of days but had a lot of other jobs at the same time so I’m not sure they got to really get into it.
