“I went thru drive thru this AM and filled out a withdraw but forgot about a passcode I guess it has been so long I couldn’t remember, but instead of the lady saying can you come in or let me help you with that, she said I need a passcode I was so frustrated and embarrassed I said give me my info back and she was like ok.So very unprofessionalBut I called Denton DATCU and the lady was so nice and very helpful”

“Cannot stand the Nick recording and now I'm locked out of my app and because I was busy doing some paperwork I closed it and didn't proceed and they're getting me messages like that's why I'm locked out too many attempts when I truly only tried one or two times and then when it finally accepted my password it said I still couldn't get in. When I called they wanted to tell me it's because it was too many attempts but when it finally said I could get in it still wouldn't let me in I dealt with that for about 30 minutes one day and told him to mail me my information. I'm still not in my account bet my billstatement is mailed. Super not user-friendly because you couldn't just hit copy when they would give you a code you had to go back and forth between your text messaging or email and the website. Things are not popping open and putting you in the right place automatically.very outdated system for modern times. Please fix soon”
“I came by this location to get information on an account for my wife who was leaving another local bank. The parking lot was easy to access with plenty of parking up front as well as handicap parking spots. The drive thru was large enough for my truck to pass as well. When I walked into the building, it had the new building smell...LOL. The interior was new and clean in appearance. The structure had a clean flow to it's organization. I was immediately greeted by a teller who promptly took my name for a meeting with Jacklyn in the back office. She was very informative and I received a pamphlet for my wife. I would recommend a visit to the location to see for yourself.”

“Good place, but keep in mind that you can't deposit or withdraw cash at the ATM in this location, which can be inconvenient if you live farther away and/or in the Denton area.
Other than that, no other issues for me as far as I've seen.”
“Customer Service was very helpful when my debit card was denied due to the amount - I was not aware of a pre-determined set limit for debit card transactions. She was very nice, professional and took the necessary action to assist me so the transaction could be completed.”
“Woe is me! I embarrassed myself yesterday at DATCU. Needed change for $100 bill to pay yard man who had followed me for pay. Was told I had an outstanding $20 charge on money market account I had emptied two months prior to pay for hearing aids. Would not give me change until $20 was paid. I was flabbergasted that an empty account was considered an open account. Paid $20, finally got change. Went i. Today and sweet marvelous, classy Francis had already credited my account. At 80 my mind finds it illogical to consider an empty account open. In future if a mo ey market account is emptied please notify customer to “close” account so they won’t be charged. Many years ago delivered mail to DATCU on Edmonds Rd. and asked if you could accept letter carriers as members. You did and gave me a mug. Thanks DATCU for making an old lady happy again!”

“I just finished an auto loan term financed through DATCU. I had no issues whatsoever until it came time to close the associated savings account, which was partly my fault. If I lived closer I would gladly make use of their services for regular banking, etc. Not perfect, but as good as any other financial institution I've used.”
