“I had some problems at first, with the executive who opened my account. From what I understand she no longer works there. At first I wasn't happy, I must say that. But now I'm with the credit union more than 2 years I do like it. The customer service is very good. And now over two years later I am a happy member. I do wish the would step-ups there debit and credit cards, but that's all really everything is grate otherwise.”

She sent me a pre-approval letter within a few minutes. She gave exceptional service!! It made this terrible event very easy to manage. I had a new car within a couple of days. “What a terrific place if you actually want help getting banking done. I never go into the branch of my big National Bank because they really can't help you with much. They really don't have any answers. They can't help you with personal finance or loans. It's really sad. RBFCU actually was able to help me with everything I needed. It was quite refreshing! They may be based out of San antonio, but they helped me right here. I'm now a member, and will consider moving more of my banking here.”

We discussed lots of credit card travel tips as well.On another occasion at the branch, they helped us upgrade our savings account to earn more dividends which was great too!We've been rbfcu members for years now and it's great.
