“Great Customer Service from Karina, the store manager!!! I order three pairs of shorts in multiple colors online. I received my online order today and the shorts were a little shorter than I like. Furthermore, I called Into Nautica, grapevine mills, location and Ms. Karina, was accommodating from the start. I ask for the 10” Inseam shorts and promptly placed me on hold and looked for my sizes and held them for me until I was able to get to the store and exchange the shorts. Ms. Karina, Was professional and friendly with the other customers as I was waiting in line she had a smile on her face and very helpful even discussing the Nautica and Lucky Brand merger, and I wasn’t aware of that! I shop at lucky brand as well. Ms. Karina, keep up the great customer service, it goes along way with people seriously.”

“I came to the mall looking for some new clothes, I had gone to a couple of stores where I was not greeted or even asked if I needed help with anything. Shopping makes me anxious. I went to buckle and was immediately greeted by Justin. “Absolutely great experience today from the gentleman wearing boots! I walked in and noticed some shirts at the front of the store I liked and I was immediately greeted by a very pleasant employee. I couldn’t find my size so he asked what size I was looking for and I said large. He went to the back room to find my size and BOOM it was there! As I went to try it on he said you’ll love it and said check out Bogo on jeans, shorts and I did!!! Thank you so much for taking the time (which took 2mins) to find my size. What a great experience and I love this shirt I’ll where to work tomorrow! I am a GM at a major shoe company and I was impressed!”

“Everything about this store is great but one thing. This experience was at the sister store, fanz. I went to return a hat that I had never worn. I got it as a birthday gift and it was the wrong size. The person I assumed to be the manager was the main person I had this experience with. His name is Austin and he might be the most unhelpful individual I’ve ever encountered in customer service. He refused to take my return and said there was nothing he could do. Austin is definitely hurting the potential of this business.”
