“We have tried several lighting companies in DFW. Passion is by far the best in terms of responsiveness, professionalism, work quality, price, and making sure we are satisfied. We have worked with them on indoor and outdoor lighting, ceiling fans and landscape lighting. Bill does a great job establishing our requirements and putting together the plan, which we have always been satisfied with. Will, our installer/technician is GREAT at his job! He is always on time, goes above and beyond, and very attentive to detail. If there is ever a need for an adjustment, he finds time to make it right. Very delightful man. And finally, Daniel the Svc Mgr is very engaged and committed to solving problems and providing solutions. Our experiences with Passion lighting have all been positive and we will continue to use and recommend them.”

“I love Grapevine Main Street, and this is a little place is just charming as all of the other little places on the strip. We just stopped in looking for something to keep warm when we had visited the parade of lights downtown. They had stayed open late for all the locals out and about celebrating the festivities (smart!). The staff was very friendly and gave us a price quote on a poncho that had a hidden price tag. When we went to ring it up, we finally found the tag and the employee has misquoted us by ten dollars. She just smiled and said "I'll still give it to you for 39!". Very friendly and willing to please her customers. We mostly visited the front of the shop which seemed to be the "treasure" part of the store. Perhaps the antiques are more at the back end, I didn't really have too much time to look thoroughly. However, there were tons of goodies, trinkets and lots of eclectic gifts (drunk piglet wine holder anyone?) to survey. Definitely a place to take a gander!”

“Only place where I’ve bought fabric over the years as they have an awesome selection! earlier today I had to return two (2) Christmas-Decor items I purchased online; It was a challenging return, Maria attempted to process it, however, her numerous attempts were futile so she called Trevor, the Store Manager, to assist with the transaction; both resolved the issue; the store is short-staffed and is hiring; they were having another one of their fabulous 70% Off-Sale! The sales associates were very pleasant and courteous in how they presented product information and in their willingness to answer our many questions. The many styles and colors of recliner chairs and their exceptional quality was reassuring to us that a buying decision would be positively validated through many years of care free usage and resounding good looks. These world-famous branded reclining chairs are still proudly manufactured in the United States, incorporating high-quality components of leathers, fabrics foam, and metal mechanisms that are fully warranted against fault and failure. For me, this is superior quality. The sales floor is easy to navigate without unnecessary merchandise clutter with comfortable lighting to enhance the colors and design of the many types of furniture that are displayed. I should note that Shelly was our sales hostess, and her product knowledge has developed for over twenty years as a La-Z-Boy company sales professional. And, if you get a chance to visit the store, say hi to the manager, for he is a cool dude also.”
