“Justin did a great job helping my mom transfer her old iPhone to a newer one that we recently had purchased from another Costco. Even though his shift had ended, he stayed longer just to help us out. While the data was transferring, he waited for us to come back from shopping in the store. When we came back, he was helping other customers but made sure in between that he attended us as well. During this whole time, not once did he act like he was in a rush.
