“They are the best all of them, I had no phone, and the insurance company that T-Mobile provided socks and said they would be delivered overnight, but it was not. Came back the next day. The manager made arrangements for me to have a phone until the replacement came at a small fee. I was able to work from home and continue with my daily routine. It took over 15 calls to that insurance company, and I received my phone 9 days later it was not the same phone that I lost they could have sent me this one overnight and not waited 9 days.Came into the store with my phone, tablet, and smartwatch. The manager set up everything for me in the last 15 minutes. She and her crew are wonderful.”
“Evelyn has been great. She is very intelligent and resourceful. She was helpful with both my DirectTV and cell phone needs. Recently, when I had a pop-up issue that took over my home screen on my new cell phone that I needed assistance with, I revisited the store, and Evelyn knew how to fix the issue almost immediately.I did read a review where a customer complained that they weren't waited on and was listening to my conversation at this store, which I find insulting because it's none of their business what I dicuss in the interim. Basically, if Evelyn is helping me with something like she always has and I'm chatting while I'm waiting for her to resolve an issue for me then that's nobody else's business and to me the person who complained (and felt the need to take pictures) was childish, impatient, self-important, and apparently feeling a little entitled. To that person, if you have an issue about waiting for service at any place of business, then you ask the salesperson if they will be a little longer because you've been waiting and you don't passive aggressively take pictures and bring up a load of nonsense online when you don't know what you're talking about!”

“Who doesn't love target? it's like the chick Fil A of grocery stores. It's classy, clean, organized, they have great products, and their service is impeccable. They have a wide selection of food, decorations, home stuff, kid's stuff...a little bit of everything. Great Wine and cheese selection too. The value is good, Target is a little bit more expensive than other stores (Like Walmart or Aldi) but nothing outrageous.”
“Our problem with our router after a move is not yet solved, but I have to shout out Chris, Sheree and Adriana at this store. These three worked tirelessly to try and help us on a busy Saturday night, working the system on their end to get our home internet access back-absolutely critical for our work, even on a weekend. They could not have worked harder for us, and we appreciate them! Whether AT&T follows through or not remains to be seen, but either way, these three deserve a huge raise!”

“Especially switching from Mint Mobile (which isn’t bad for the price if you don’t use much data). Cricket is on AT&Ts network which works extremely well even the hotspot works really well so well I can watch movies and live video chats with no issues. And you get 150 Gigs of cloud storage with the $60 plan. It’s sad that I’m this excited about it but it’s really that good”
“I locked up my phone inadvertently but CSM Jonathan M was AMAZING. I was so upset , but he very kindly and calmly walked me thru the reset and we were able to get almost all of my info back. He was wonderful to work with, highly recommend him!He also showed me new tricks to go on my phone.”
