“These guys really earned a 5-star review from me. I made them work at it! I took in an older vehicle (20 year-old car that had been sitting in storage pretty much since before the pandemic). Worse... Another shop in town had started in on my punch list, but really did a crappy job. The guys at First Choice Automotive fixed a bunch of things. Suspension - car handles like new! Tune up. Air Conditioner. Power window. I forget what else, but it was a long list -- and I'm sure I spent more on this car than it was worth, but now it runs like a top. This really should be your "first choice" for vehicle repair in Killeen. Thanks guys!”

“I came in earlier for a test to see what’s wrong with my car once I received the report at 5:30 I called an asked could I come pick up the truck he said as long I make it by 6 I UBER to the shop an they were closed at 5:55 I’m currently pregnant an don’t have funds to Uber 3 times in one day to not have my vehicle if they were closing even slightly early he should have said that an I would have gladly waited until morning. Although I was livid he did rectify the situation. An gave me a credit I appreciate that.”

“Tires To You is a great shop with superb customer service. I called prior to going in to see if they could complete my service, and I knew immediately from the call that customer service would be good. When I got to the shop (not having an appt) , I was checked in and given a pretty accurate estimate of the wait time. There are two wait rooms, and the location is in an area where you can explore other local businesses. Upon completion of the service, I was provided with pre and post diagnostics to show the results. I’m very pleased I tried this shop and I’ll certainly be returning for future work. Thanks for providing great customer service, quality work and superb service.”

“Dac transmissions is if not one of the best mechanic shops around. I had taken my 2004 GMC Sierra to get a LS swap. Also got a rebuilt transmission and an exhaust kit. The results are insane I loved how it came out. They made sure to include all the features I wanted for the engine. I could not be more happier. They did it in a good timely manner even though there was some issues with having to swap more parts they fixed them on the spot. They also added little things for the engine to look nicer. “Called from CA to find out estimate to check my sisters car out (in TX) as she was told by a place in Copperas Cove (won't put name) said it needed control arms etc. which would cost over 1k. Come to find out, it only needed an alignment done! My sister had faith that the Cove repair shop was being truthful, so we decided to get her car checked at her dealership (dodge) and they said the same thing as Midas in Harker Heights! We didn't use Midas as the dodge dealership was closer to her home. I HIGHLY recommend Midas in HH for their honesty! Five stars to Nicole who I spoke with on the phone about car issues and got a rough estimate from her (if it needed control arms etc) They put it on the lift for free as it didn't need diagnostic.I appreciate Nicole's honesty, patience, explaining the mechanics to me etc. She also gave me a break down of prices for car parts and labor-prices seem very reasonable. There are many car repair shops so if you have any problem deciding on which one, and you need your car checked or fixed in the future or work done, I would highly recommend taking your car there!!”

“Decent customer service, some of the mechs just look at you like you’re d*** then they ask if you need help and when they do it’s in the most unwanted way.Even though that’s what they’re there for.The guy at the front desk is pretty helpful, I lost my card and he helped me get a new one. Did it all with a minor attitude too.They do have all the tools needed to do any job/repair you need to do and it’s only $10 every hour for a bay. Those are my only two reason why I’m giving them 4 stars.”
