“Matthew is very personable. He is also very passionate about what he does. I brought my car over for an estimate and he went inside and grabbed the polisher and the secret sauce then he polished a small area in front of me to give me a demonstration of what he does to rid the swirl marks and other blemishes from the paint. His talents were impressiveHe is also very professional and cares about his customers. I plan on taking my other car and girlfriend’s car as well. The only thing that sucks is the fact you will have to drive past those automatic car washes because they’re the enemy when it comes to your car. I pray he stays in business forever, because my laziness usually wins. On a serious note, you cannot go wrong when it comes to a man’s car. I think women are on that wave now too. “My car was awfully dirty. Hadn't been deep cleaned in 9 years. (When we bought it) the detail shack made my car look new inside. They did a great job. Everything was pretty clean. I am very happy with it. The only reason I gave them 4 stars was because my seats were soaking wet when I picked it up, and it smelled like dirty carpet. I am not sure if it smells because the seats are still wet or if my car was just that gross. It was 2 days ago, and my drivers seat is still soaking through sheets and towels. I air dried it when I got home the day it was clean. And I had to do the same the next day. Hopefully, they are dry now. I do recommend the Detail Shack.I am replying to the Detail Shack. My husband brought my car in. We definitely brought it to the Detail shack in Copperas Cove. My seats were wet for three days, and the smell finally went away today.”

“Their detailing service is the absolute best! I haven’t encountered any other hand washing service like them. It’s also super convenient to go into the mall while having your car cleaned. On the other hand, their timeliness to first appointments of the day isn’t too good. There is staff confusion about people who pull up to the actual area where washing occurs versus the designated area, which can cause delays in service. Also, they are hard to get in touch with and it’s the same experience each time I’m ready to schedule an appointment (every 2-3 months or so). They’re so good I keep trying until I finally get a response, but I’d definitely be turned off and explore other options if the quality wasn’t there.”
