He plugged it in and it was working fine. These are good, honest folk who don't try to rip you off like other shops around here. “Called from CA to find out estimate to check my sisters car out (in TX) as she was told by a place in Copperas Cove (won't put name) said it needed control arms etc. which would cost over 1k. Come to find out, it only needed an alignment done! My sister had faith that the Cove repair shop was being truthful, so we decided to get her car checked at her dealership (dodge) and they said the same thing as Midas in Harker Heights! We didn't use Midas as the dodge dealership was closer to her home. I HIGHLY recommend Midas in HH for their honesty! Five stars to Nicole who I spoke with on the phone about car issues and got a rough estimate from her (if it needed control arms etc) They put it on the lift for free as it didn't need diagnostic.I appreciate Nicole's honesty, patience, explaining the mechanics to me etc. She also gave me a break down of prices for car parts and labor-prices seem very reasonable. There are many car repair shops so if you have any problem deciding on which one, and you need your car checked or fixed in the future or work done, I would highly recommend taking your car there!!”

“I’m from out of town and on a Saturday afternoon around 6 everywhere was closed and closed on Sundays. Came across this shop and called Kelly who saw me that day and diagnosed the problem. I’m assuming it was after hours but he was so willing to check it out. He fixed it Monday morning in no time at all for such a fair price. When I met him he was friendly and knowledgeable and definitely trustworthy. He didn’t try to give me the out of town price, and actually was less than what he thought and even though he could have kept the quote the same passed it along and saved me several hundred dollars. Again being out of town and not having my mechanic I was very anxious but he took great care of me and got me back on the road faster and cheaper than I thought. As someone who spent an hour calling around I would highly recommend, this is definitely the only guy to go to. Thank you Kelly!”

“Very Honest ShopHad been provided amazing customer service. I was there all day on 10/06 with my 2 littles in a double stroller. They didn't mind kids, even held the door open for me to come in and out. Went out of their way to get my rental claim started from my warranty company, unfortunately I did not know that it was reimbursement only. They originally told us Wednesday but the vehicle was ready the following Tuesday instead. Noticed they did more than what my original concern was. Will definitely come back in the future if I need any auto repairs done.Service: Oil change”

They were very flexible in what to fix in order to work with my budget, and cleaned up the inside of the car for me. Everyone was very helpful, kind and understanding. I was even given a ride to the bank to pick up the money order to pay. Great service!”
