“Friendly staff, clean, and comfortable store. They have a great selection and they seem to always have something I may be looking for. They do have a minimum purchase for an allocated bottle, but in all honesty, that is way better than other stores selling them at outrageous prices.”

“Mrs. Joyce and Mrs. Ramona are simply the best. I came in on Friday, June 13, 2025 asking about vermouth and blue curacao. Mrs. Joyce goes out of her way to show me all the brands that are offered here for each. Provided an explanation on how to use them in relation to the recipe book I was carrying. Mrs. Ramona helped me when I came back on my 2nd trip that day. I will say both of them showed a genuine interest in helping me. Not to mention, the bottles were priced at an affordable price point for an aspiring bartender. There are a selection of liquors available in Dallas. What you cannot buy are people who love what they do and do not mind in assisting and educating the public. This location is my go-to for all things in bartending.”

“HEB is an experience! You have to give yourself time to walk through the aisles and really check everything out. They have so many food/snack items you may not find anywhere else for a good price.

“Oh man! I had to run yesterday to this store because I heard they now have the Trujillo Cuarenta tequila straight from the Motherland. As a Jalisco native, I’ve been longing a good tequila to hit the shelves. This blanco tequila is made with organic agave and an original volcano milling stone is used. Truly one of a kind experience straight from Los Altos de Jalisco!!”
“Our favorite Spec’s location. Every time I walk in I’m greeted and staff always asks if I need help. They generally have an amazing variety and have helped my husband acquire quite a collection of rare and specialty bottles. Management is always great and highly helpful/responsive. They offer a rewards point system that builds towards future discounts. They even offer discounted pricing on bottles for cash or debit transactions. This is a business that clearly has their customers in mind.
Side note there is also the most incredible sandwich spot located in the store. They offer one of the most fantastic Rueben’s.”

“I visited Corner Wines recently for a wine tasting sponsored by Frost Bank. It is a really nice event venue, small but beautifully decorated and the wine is excellent. According to the sommelier, the shop carries an eclectic variety of wine from around the world. While the shop also carries the usual California wines, there are also wines from Greece and Armenia, just to name a few. I highly recommend Corner Wines for the wine, food, and atmosphere.”

“Nick is an absolute saint. I work on an ambulance, and we were nearly empty, so we stopped at the gas station by there and we were struggling with the gas pumps.When I went into the gas station for help, they told me to ask for Nick, and he is an absolute hero.He spent a lot of time making sure we were able to get gas and get going, and he truly went above and beyond. This was a long day, and Nick was an absolute highlight of it. It's hard to find genuinely nice people who are happy to help out strangers who are in a bad situation (even while they are at work), and yet Nick truly went above and beyond.This man deserves a raise. “I've been going to this Goody Goody for years. The staff has always been fantastic to work with, great customer service, hence the 5 stars. However, the parking here has become a nightmare because people park in the Goody Goody parking lot to go to La La Land Kind Cafe, when there are signs all over that clearly state parking is only for Goody Goody customers. I saw people exit three separate vehicles today to go to La La Land. I used to manage office buildings, and we would have our security boot cars who parked on our property and walked off. I highly recommend the staff be given parking boots to help stop La La Land customers from parking on the private property that belongs to Goody Goody. As much as I love the staff, the parking problem seriously needs to be rectified if Goody Goody wants to keep their customers happy.”
“Very solid spirits selection, reasonably priced on most things. The store is clean and very easy to navigate. The staff was very friendly. Although don't expect to find any esoteric or hard to find beers. Beer is probably about 10% of their total stock.”
