“Very helpful and friendly. Lots of parking. A huge selection of wine and liquor, but not so much on the beer. I was not impressed with the packaging sizes on some of the beer and ale. I would appreciate more singles available to allow a home-tasting at a moderate price.Fast checkout. Knowledgeable employees.Getting into the parking lot from Beltline RD is tricky as the entrance is off a residential street on a decline in the road and the parking entrance is through an adjacent parking lot. The location is otherwise decent for us who live in North Irving.”

“Was looking for HOP WTR, the brand. This place was listed on the HOP WTR website as a store locater selling their products. I called twice before heading over to save on gas and time. Unfortunately, no one answered. Once I arrived, I asked about HOP WTR and they had no idea what I was talking about. I showed them the HOP WTR site showing it said that they carried it. The clerk, a young woman, was VERY helpful. She walked me through all the seltzer waters, individual and cases and we could not find it. She also looked through an invoice list and couldn't find the product. She suggested that I call beforehand in the future. I showed her my phone, showing that I had called twice and the call went unanswered.Aside from that, the store was very clean and organized. The staff was helpful. I did reach out to HOP WTR so that they could update their list of store locations.”

“First visit there and at first when I walked in no one offered to help. Just standing there but a worker named Krystal was the only one attentive enough to actually offer help and show me everything that I asked questions for! If it wasn’t for her I most likely would have left with out purchasing anything! Decent store and ok prices. Thank you Krystal whoever you are and the great customer service you gave!”

“My fiancé wanted to make a holiday cocktail similar to something we've had in a restaurant, so we stopped here to see if we could find what we needed. Unfortunately they didn't have the specific liquor we were looking for, but the clerk was incredibly helpful in helping us find an alternative! “Legit liquor store. Usually the small places have the same generic stuff. This place had Aperol, St Germain, the Reyes Cream Coconut, Tin Cup whisky, and more gin then total wine has. Prices were mostly good; the scotches seemed high but that may be a universal thing. A little weird they had Ango orange bitters but nothing else. Oh and only Martini and Rossi vermouths. Tsk tsk. I'll be returning here often.”

“It's what the ancients in Irving always feared, a convenient, skinflint liquor store. Some moons ago Irving was dry, and what that meant was a lively trek down to Dallas if you were thirsty. While not all that far, it invoked many feelings of seediness as the establishments were by law, the only game in town, and they certainly captialized on that fact. I remember Reggis from my time in Fort Worth. It's no frills and straight to the point, but that is not a bad thing. The selection is limited via spatial constraints, but that doesn't mean they don't have what you're looking for, within reason. I found a decent selection given the tight quarters, and prices that rivaled Total Wine & More. I wound up with some Elijah Craig small batch bourbon with complementary dress socks and other odds and ends. Service was prompt and friendly, all powered by Clover point of sale registers and tablets. Make sure to give your throw away email address for money saving offers. I will most definitely be a frequent patron, especially whilst already being in the plaza for In Freta, Cowboy Chicken, Jersey Mike's, or Panchero's.”
